Paid $14 for two absolutely horrible lattes. Almond milk was probably the cheapest ever, they were both burnt. Only able to take one sip then had to throw away the drinks. I always support local businesses over big companies but this one surprised me. They need to improve their products.

Personal service & recommendations from the baristas, we weren’t rushed, and the coffee itself was delicious.
They managed to make everything not over sweet, not burnt, and just plain good. Highly recommend if you’re driving along 5 or are in Arlington.

This is my favorite coffee spot! I love that they offer CBD and they make the best London fog, my husband is obsessed with their big train Chai too! The owner is working every time we visit and she is so friendly. I appreciate that she remembers us and even our orders. She has a great business and I highly recommend this spot. It is a drive through location only but has two windows for service. She also has very fresh tasting sausage burritos that are my favorite. You can really tell she cares about the products she stocks and will even stop carrying a product if it is not up to her standards, so you know she is getting the best ingredients!
Dietary restrictions: I always get the oatmilk with my drinks, I think there are also more non dairy options too like coconut milk
Parking: The location is right next to a gas station and had ample parking for their businesses.
Kid-friendliness: The owner always remembers my daughter and is happy to provide any drink she wants! She has tried a cold coconut milk, a kids warm hot chocolate, and a cold oatmilk with chocolate

Stopped in for a hazelnut mocha, and noticed they use Ghirardelli chocolate, wow that makes a great drink! The burrito I ordered was great also, 5 star all the way around, fast and friendly.
