If the chick with dreads is working go somewhere else. Ive been getting an unwhich here for awhile months if you would and it was not even half the size it typically is, I didn't even see meat on it. I went back in and she points out the 2 slices of meat on the entire sandwich. Her coworker was even pointing out that it wasn't made correctly and didnt look correct. I gave 3 stars for service for the fact another employee pointed out and tried to correct her doing.

They said kids can’t run a business but the staff here aren’t just freaky fast—they’re freaky fantastic. These young sandwich sorcerers whip up subs with more hustle than a bread loaf in a toaster. Helpful, kind, and quicker than I could finish saying “extra pickles,” they turned our quick stop into a sub-lime experience. Keep calm and carb on, Jimmy John’s crew—you’ve officially stolen my (artichoke) heart. 🥖✨

Ripped into Jimmy John's the other day on my Harley Davidson. I just wanted to say the place was great, the people were awesome, the music was the prefect! I enjoy a satin music, and my jam was bumping on arrival! I also had to use the bathroom while I was there and it was one of the cleanest bathrooms I've been in. Well done guys, left a hefty tip! Rock on, hail satin, and keep up the amazing work!

I can hardly believe that Jimmy John's hires such inept people with zero customer service and register skills. I've been a customer for a long time, dating back to my college days, and I truly love Jimmy John's. Occasionally, I still crave it.

On my way to Bellingham on this visit, our group made a quick stop at the Walmart next door to the Jimmy John's. I decided to grab a sandwich while I waited for my group to finish shopping. I ordered my usual, the Beach Club (#12), which is turkey with avocado, among other ingredients. What I appreciate about Jimmy John's is that you can add various freebies like peppers, cucumbers, and pickles, in addition to the standard lettuce and tomato.

To my surprise, the guy started making my sandwich before I finished telling the lady at the register what I wanted. I hadn't even paid yet, and he had already added the tomatoes and lettuce, onions, cucumber to my Beach Club. I asked the lady if they could add oregano, but by the time I mentioned it, my sandwich was already made and slammed down at the register before I cashed out as I was still adding the drink and chips meal deal.

I paid in cash, but she gave me the wrong change, indicating that she clearly struggles with basic math. After that, I ordered chips and a drink, and when she came around to get my chips, I told her I wanted the jalapeño flavor, not salt and vinegar. Why is she grabbing my chips for me anyway? I'm grown and can grab my own chips. Maybe they don't trust their customers to grab their own desired flavor? I have no idea.🤷‍♀️

I don't know what's wrong with the staff here, but this is by far the worst Jimmy John's I've ever visited. At every other Jimmy John's I've been to, the staff is super nice and relaxed. It's just a sandwich shop so why make it so unpleasant by having such poor attitudes?

Food was good and fast as promised, however the team needs to be retrained on customer service. Possibly the rudest and poorest attitude team I've experienced. If the restaurant wasn't part of a chain with a high reputation I dont know if this location would make it.

Poor customer service on more than one occasion. Many of your employees are quite kind but some of them need to be properly trained how to greet people and not to assume why they're there.

The lowest rated Jimmy John's in the wider region for a reason. The owner and/or manager is openly hostile and does not care about their reputation. Surprised corporate has let this last this long.

If i could give this zero stars, I would. RUDEST EMPLOYEES I've ever encountered. I asked for a name of the employee, and she refused to give it to me. Then I asked to see the manager and she told me she was the manager. That explains a lot.

Consistently Inconsistent. They rarely read any modifications or requests repeatedly. I've even changed my request name (via delivery) to things like Cut in half and No Napkins and will not be heard, and what made me write this is I ordered a HOT sandwich and recieved a COLD sandwich, was at least the sandwich I ordered.

Never had Jimmy John’s before. I usually go to Subway of Jersey Mikes, but I needed a quick lunch before I had to head back to work. Their slogan is freaky fast and tbh, It was!!! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes while they were handling other orders. Super kind stuff, the food was AMAZING, and the quality and serving portions is worth the price! Cheaper than the competitors with premium service, definitely will be going back!

Thank you for the amazing experience and food!!!

Food was great, the person allowed us time to decide. They were playing weird, satanic music with people screaming.
