Food was good and fast as promised, however the team needs to be retrained on customer service. Possibly the rudest and poorest attitude team I've experienced. If the restaurant wasn't part of a chain with a high reputation I dont know if this location would make it.

Poor customer service on more than one occasion. Many of your employees are quite kind but some of them need to be properly trained how to greet people and not to assume why they're there.

The lowest rated Jimmy John's in the wider region for a reason. The owner and/or manager is openly hostile and does not care about their reputation. Surprised corporate has let this last this long.

If i could give this zero stars, I would. RUDEST EMPLOYEES I've ever encountered. I asked for a name of the employee, and she refused to give it to me. Then I asked to see the manager and she told me she was the manager. That explains a lot.

Consistently Inconsistent. They rarely read any modifications or requests repeatedly. I've even changed my request name (via delivery) to things like Cut in half and No Napkins and will not be heard, and what made me write this is I ordered a HOT sandwich and recieved a COLD sandwich, was at least the sandwich I ordered.

Never had Jimmy John’s before. I usually go to Subway of Jersey Mikes, but I needed a quick lunch before I had to head back to work. Their slogan is freaky fast and tbh, It was!!! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes while they were handling other orders. Super kind stuff, the food was AMAZING, and the quality and serving portions is worth the price! Cheaper than the competitors with premium service, definitely will be going back!

Thank you for the amazing experience and food!!!

Food was great, the person allowed us time to decide. They were playing weird, satanic music with people screaming.

My favorite sandwich place they're always on top of it.

crew is such a vibe as someone who also works in food it’s so refreshing to see an entire team having a good time working together

I asked for guacamole but they added and charged for cheese instead

Ordered food online for my family and wasn't delivered until 3 HOURS later and several calls to the store.
The person I talked to told me they didn't have an order with my name than after I was persistent that they did bc I had an order number and had PAID...she than said that the food was delivered to the house,.. insinuating i was a liar.
I had to call 3 times to finally get the food.
When I called the next day to speak to a manager about the situation, it turns out I had been dealing with the manager the whole time during the incident.

Normally I wouldn't take the time to write a review but the lack of CARE and service we received needs to ve addressed bc Jimmy John's will be losing a lot of customers at this rate.

I ordered food on the app. Total $66,00. I didn't get what I ordered. They lost a good customer. I will never use the store again.

Ordered food from them like usual. No food is delivered and they say it was delivered and are rude about it. I never received food or I would have not called. They thinkI'm lying, still no food. Driver finally called me and delivered to wrong address then drops off soagy sandwich which he delivered to wrong address. Emailed customer service still haven't heard back. They lost my business as jersey mikes it is from now on.
