Consistently Inconsistent. They rarely read any modifications or requests repeatedly. I've even changed my request name (via delivery) to things like Cut in half and No Napkins and will not be heard, and what made me write this is I ordered a HOT sandwich and recieved a COLD sandwich, was at least the sandwich I ordered.

Never had Jimmy John’s before. I usually go to Subway of Jersey Mikes, but I needed a quick lunch before I had to head back to work. Their slogan is freaky fast and tbh, It was!!! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes while they were handling other orders. Super kind stuff, the food was AMAZING, and the quality and serving portions is worth the price! Cheaper than the competitors with premium service, definitely will be going back!

Ordered food online for my family and wasn't delivered until 3 HOURS later and several calls to the store. The person I talked to told me they didn't have an order with my name than after I was persistent that they did bc I had an order number and had PAID...she than said that the food was delivered to the house,.. insinuating i was a liar. I had to call 3 times to finally get the food. When I called the next day to speak to a manager about the situation, it turns out I had been dealing with the manager the whole time during the incident.
Normally I wouldn't take the time to write a review but the lack of CARE and service we received needs to ve addressed bc Jimmy John's will be losing a lot of customers at this rate.

Delivery driver of the white Chevy Sonic is reckless and oblivious. Definitely going to hurt someone someday
Ordered food from them like usual. No food is delivered and they say it was delivered and are rude about it. I never received food or I would have not called. They thinkI'm lying, still no food. Driver finally called me and delivered to wrong address then drops off soagy sandwich which he delivered to wrong address. Emailed customer service still haven't heard back. They lost my business as jersey mikes it is from now on.

I came for a pickup order on 6/21 at 7pm. I told the cashier I wanted to add a meal to one of the sandwiches and a girl came over to change the order and was instantly irritated saying she can’t change orders, she was going ugh and sighing while she was working on the computer. When she thought she figured it out the total was really high and I said hey I think somethings wrong and she looked to see that it added another sandwich on accident and she goes “see this is why we don’t change orders when you already called them in”. Like what??!! Don’t chastise me for wanting to BUY more at the business you’re working for and don’t get mad at me when you’re the one that can’t figure it out. I used to work here so I know you can edit orders. I ended up paying the full amount- it wasn’t a big deal but she was too agitated and rude for a situation like that when I wasn’t even mad.

Not recommended, Disappointment. I asked for a turkey sandwich with bacon lettuce tomato they said they could do a BLT and add turkey. I asked for white cheddar but they don't have it so I asked for just cheddar but they don't have that so I took the only option provolone. I wanted honey mustard but they don't do that either. It's mostly just crunchy bread and about the size of the receipt without much cheese which also cost extra. I specifically went for a turkey sandwich but there is no turkey like they said and they charged extra for the fricken bacon. This was over 14 bucks and not what consider a full size sandwich which I assumed it was by price. Should have got a bigger gyro next door with meat in the sandwich for 10$ instead or a huge meal at panda next door for less then 15$ all I wanted was turkey and I didn't even get that. But they finished it in less then a minute so.. yea their fast. But the sub is literally about the size of the receipt idk why it won't let me attach pictures. Very light lettuce I'm not that hungry and it's still just a snack I'll have to re purchase a lunch else where.add edit: stomach upset and in knots after eating.. biggest food disappointment a Walmart sub would have been better and had the meat I ordered for half the price and a way longer sub. Or if something fancier I can try jersey Mike's next time.
