Rose has given me a reason to smile in the drive thru my last two visits. Her kindness and excellent customer service are much appreciated. The food has been great both times as well. I used to work at Kentucky Fried Chicken back in the '80s chicken is not as good as I remember. Biscuits used to be fresh and fluffy. They don't use real butter are real honey anymore. That's why I can only give a 3. Chicken 4 everything else 2

We come here once every 2mo or so, it's a favorite for my boys. Always had excellent customer service at the drive thru with accurate and fresh orders(even the fries, which are delicious)

When i went through the drive through today. I asked to add a soft drink to the order at the window. I was told no, I clarified I plan on paying for it. The little girl with the nose ring told me the drive through was too busy and I have to go in to the store to get another drink. There was one car in the line behind me. Now that I'm home the meal is dry and not very good. They left out the biscuits for our meal too. This is the second time in 10 years we have gone to KFC the order was incorrect both times and to top it off, I was treated like crap and now I remeber why I hadn't been back in 10 years. Good job KFC....

I went in on Mother's Day, required a lot of help understanding the coupons I had and the cashier was so kind, took the time to answer my questions and made every effort to accommodate what I wanted (she couldn't conjure beans they haven't had on the menu for 5 years now - definitely not her fault) and all of the staff was quite pleasant and friendly. When I got home I realized I hadn't noticed a missing item but when I called they went above and beyond to make it right. This is, by far, the best staff of any place I've eaten in years.
Took myself out to dinner this evening 7th of March ordered the three-piece chicken meal and found it to be very dry the staff replaced it with extra crispy which was not what I ordered and it was half the size it was hot and it was crispy and it was delivered on time my complaint is that the food was very bad and I got very bad service from the manager which refused to return my money after arguing back and forth she relented and took what was left of my meal and threw it in the trash this is the second time that I've attempted to eat at this facility I will never eat there again and I will tell everybody that I know how bad the food is I hope this gets to the correct amount of people and maybe to the managers managers manager if you know what I mean again I will never eat her again

It seems like every time I come to this place there is a employee who always makes me feel like ordering food from this place is a problem. I kinda thought that was their job and they get paid to do it It always puts me in a down mood. Do not get me wrong I am saying that it is the person that runs the drive thru that gets me down, not the food. Their chicken is always made just like the colonel taught them, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They do seem to make chicken that has a consistent taste to it and not real salty like a few I have been to. All in all it is a good spot to get some chicken and the price is decent. The new specials they run are easy on the pocketbook and are pretty filling. Have to give a shout out to the Mac and Cheese cause it is very very good. I also learned something this last time I was there. An that is that you can order a bucket of chicken with all dark meat. That is good news to me cause I did not know that and I have gone to KFC for years. My favorite piece of chicken is the thigh. They do split it up good though. For the dark meat they only give you legs and thighs. I only order the 9 piece so it is 4 thighs and 5 legs. I do not know why it couldn't be the other way, 4 legs and 5 thighs but I will just count my blessing and say no more.
