Around 1:20, I got charged for 2 lunch combos instead of just one. When I pointed out the mistake after the transaction was completed, the girl refunded some random $24 transaction to a different card that wasn’t mine and then offered me to purchase one lunch combo.I would be glad to purchase a lunch combo if the refund was processed correctly back to my card and not whoever just got $24 in free food.So now I’m out $13 and got nothing from it. SCAMMERS!

Workers seemed nice but the food.. I mean it tastes fine only because it was stuffed crust but the main crust itself was paper thin, super doughy, and essentially non existent, just falls apart.

Went to pick up a door dash delivery but the door was locked and the lady inside just looked at me and walked away. I clearly had a doordash pizza bag and phone in hand so she had to of known I was picking up a delivery. That's rude to just ignore me and walk away. That's horrible customer service.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! If I could rate negative stars I would. Alec S was my cashier and was high as a kite. Glazed red eyes, had to repeat my order several times to him. Other customers orders were getting messed up or had missing items as well. Waited 15 minutes just for them to give me wings that looked a day old and were almost as hard as a rock. Also they forgot part of my order and I had to go back in. This place should be shut down or staff should be fired. Ridiculous and disgusting food. Wouldn't even feed their food to my dog.

We decided to give Little Caesar’s another chance after a couple poor experiences previously. POOR CHOICE. We ordered take out and after arriving just before our pick-up time, we had to wait 10 minutes past when our order was supposed to be ready. We get home and discover the pizza is BURNED. To the point the pepperonis went from flat to shaped like bowls. We went back to get pizzas that were not burned. Waited another 20 minutes to discover, they were only slightly less burnt then the original pizzas. The only thing we were offered was an apology on our way out of the store. We will not be coming back.
I thought tumbling rocks into gems took a long time, but getting a pizza from this location takes twice as long.

Order a pizza, pick it up the second my order is ready. Why did my Hawaiian pizza look 4 hours old? Burnt to a crisp too. My kids are a few pieces before i noticed but what garbage food.

These place's always get a bad wrap. They answered the phone promptly, was polite and took my order. I arrived at 20 minutes and it was hit and ready as promised. Polite staff inside and the pizza was delicious. No complaints.
