The customer service at this store absolutely sucks. I was there on 12/24/2021 . I was in the drive thru nothing happened yet another car pulls up and is waited on right away. Got to the pick up window the girl hands me the drinks and says here you go, waited for a moment and she hands the bags out. She never says another word just turns to another person and starts speaking Spanish. To me this was EXTREMELY RUDE. From now on I will go to Buger King or I will drive to Smokey...read full review

The lobby is very clean, and they offer vegetarian options with free nutrition info packs. Despite the name 'fast food,' sometimes customers might have to park and wait, but the service is good. The McGriddle is amazing, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is welcoming, especially for kids with a play place available.
The manager went above and beyond to help a customer who wanted a pineapple smoothie, even though they don't have that on the menu. The play space is big, clean, and in an enclosed room, making it safe for children. The bathroom is also conveniently located in that area. The McChicken with bacon and Mac sauce was described as the best the customer had ever had. A late-night drive-thru experience was also praised for the wonderful service provided by the employee.
