Went in this afternoon and got a burger meal and 10 piece nuggets. First round they forgot my nuggets so I had to go back. Once I get back to work I open it up and only find 9 nuggets. How hard is this job that you can mess up an order twice? Especially after the first time, wouldn't you make sure you get it right the second time? Terrible. I will not be going to this location ever again. Once is enough for me. That's called learning from your mistakes..take notes!

This is the fourth time that I have come to this 24 hr location after placing a mobile order at 2am, only to find the drive thru is coned off and I have to drive around knock on the window or call to get someone's attention. The first time I got an understaffed excuse, tonight it was pos. I have worked retail and food service and I get that things happen, but the same issue 3 different days at about the same time feels like it could be more than just an occasional thing. My fries were hot though so I do greatly appreciate that.

The playspace here is big, clean and in an enclosed room so it's hard for Littles to run away. The bathroom is also in that area so it's very convenient. Perfect for a rainy day play time

1st of all I came in around 6:45 on the 13th of February 2025 and all the employees couldn't understand me nor could I understand them then I get to the window i give the guy my money and he doesn't give me my change, I get up to receive my food they were confused as to who ordered what and what car to take it too I get my food and take it home my Big mac was dry and they forgot my fries worse experience and about a month and a half ago I ordered another Big Mac and it was dry and my bun was overly cooked it was crunchy hard

The mcchicken was fire AF. Whoever made the mcchicken with bacon , Mac sauce, at 6:40pm on 2/7/25 needs a bonus and raise because this was the best mcchicken I have ever had in my life. And I’ve had a lot of mcchickens.
