I swear the past 2 times I've been here I've gotten violently sick. All I order is the Oreo mcflurry almost daily for the past 6 months and the last 2 times I've gotten puking sick right after I have eaten the mcflurry. Now I'm afraid of ordering it anymore and that sucks.

My friend and I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order at 7pm today and was met with one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences we’ve ever had. The older white woman with glasses working the speaker was immediately snappy when we explained we had a mobile order. To make matters worse, she used my friends name in a condescending way when responding, which felt intentionally passive-aggressive. Absolutely no reason to speak to people the way she did. We regret not asking for her name at the time, but we didn’t want to make a scene. Our fries were missing from the order, so we had to drive back. My friend went inside to avoid another interaction with the same employee. They spoke with the manager, who was extremely kind, apologetic, and professional. She gave us two cookies as a courtesy which was sweet. Hate to give this place one star after our interaction with the manager, but the employee’s attitude was nasty and needs to be addressed by management.

We went in the middle of the night on our way home from a concert, and there were people kidding hiding out in the dark parking lot, luckily there were police driving through, the ladies who took my order and gave me my food were lovely, the people who were supposed to send them the mix to keep their ice cream machine full so I could have the Mcdonaldland meal and didn't do that very disappointed in them 🤣. I'll have to go back to try it another time it looked really cool.

Stood at the front only to be ignored like a food carrier worker, waited 10 minutes for two happy meals, around 5 workers passed me in this time frame, one of them I am assuming was the GM, who was so worried about one customer's food, but apparently no one else's was a priority. It took until a kid clocked on, that anyone noticed me, so shout out to him, it is a shame it took the younger worker to have the work ethic to effectively do his job. I ended up leaving the lobby to go to the drive-thru, because that was blatantly where the prioritization was. In fact we forgot to order some items and ended up doordashing the rest, which showed up FASTER than our entire time spent at McDonalds. It is clear that this store was understaffed for a doordash deal. Do better.

Fairly good food. The fries are largely tasteless, though. Deep-fried in Soybean oil, which removes the flavor. McD's needs to return to using Beef Tallow to deep fry things, which makes food taste GREAT.
The Quarterpounders are TINY, and much smaller than they used to be.
Make them BIGGER, they way they used to be.

I know its not McDonalds fault but the location is terrible. Avoid at all cost especially if traveling with a family. My wife was terrified by the, no exaggeration, 15 transients wandering the parking lot like zombies.

An older lady working on Sunday morning July 20th around 1030 who I believe was working exposed was a bit disrespectful and was seen blowing her nose into a tissue paper and then proceeded to handle food without washing her hands. Kind of disgusting. Service was over 30 minutes for some orders. Appreciation to the woman manning the cashier desk in the front, very nice and polite service from them.

They never seem to get drive through food or drinks correct..They have burnt me enough to become a learned habit.

I came here last night wanting a little snack and ordered oatmeal. The lady on the speaker was kind and told me to pull forward. When i got to the second window, the worker “sarah” handed me my drinks and said “bye” but i hadnt receive my oatmeal yet. When I asked her kindly about my oatmeal, Sarah was very rude and asked me to repeat myself several times, because she couldnt understand what i was asking for. Then she proceeded To say that it’s not morning time and slam the drive-through door in my face. The lady on the speaker was very kind and apologize for the poor service, made my oatmeal, and wished me a good night. Its very Unfortunate that people like that can get hired in CS.

Lee at the location on 172nd in arlington, WA is amazing! She definitely cares not only about her job, but the customers as well. There needs to be more people like her!
