Being from the Midwest I’ve been searching for a bbq place that has the flavor of home. This is the place!!! Meat is cooked to perfection and nice Smokey flavor. I’ve been here 2 times now and nothing disappointed me. I haven’t had ribs like the ones here in years. We did online order pick up so I can’t attest to service in house but they were never late on our orders and food was always hot!

I love this place! Their spicy BBQ sauce is soooo good. My favorite place around to get sweet tea!!! I highly recommend getting the chicken corn chowder, cornbread, or potato salad with the heave BBQ choices. You can opt for a half serving if it is too much for you. Highly recommend it if you are coming here for brisket or pulled pork, but be prepared to spend a pretty penny.

Best bbq I’ve had in a long time!

Been going for a few years, never been disappointed in service or food. Pick up and take home about 45 mins away, food always still warm to hot and delicious!

Everything we ate had good flavor and if we go back it will be to buy some of their amazing sauces but this was the biggest rip off I’ve ever experienced in our 50 -60 years. What you see in the picture is two quartered sausages, one slice of brisket cut in half ( which was mostly un rendered fat), half a cup of barbecue pork that would have covered only one of the rolls they gave us, maybe a half of a cup of two sides and they told us that it feeds two and charged us $40. Just bad business for a company that clearly makes good barbecue. My son’s food was a dry grilled cheese that looked like it could have been pre frozen with significantly more bread than cheese(thick plain white bread and a slice of American cheese) and an apple juice with more ice than juice and it was $10. It was to go so we tipped as usual and it all cost us $60.48. Not to mention I stood waiting for at least 15 minutes for this. I thought the bag seemed light. I could have bought two nice steaks and gotten more meat. It was like they cut up a one person meal, threw in some extra bread to take up room ( we just tossed it) and claimed it was now for two people. Never again. We were so disappointed when we got home. Two stars for sauces and flavor.

How does a down-home backyard industrial smoker end up in a strip mall on 172nd Ave in Smokey Point? Inquiring minds may want to know, but the Smart Money just shows up at 11AM and gets in line for the best Southern BBQ Meat in North Snohomish County!

(Credit where credit is due: Jeff's on State St in Marysville wins for best Texas BBQ)

Great little place to grab some tasty bbq. Fast, friendly service, definitely worth checking out.

I was fooled again by the so-called BBQ place. It should be called day-old BBQ place. Everything dry. The brisket was reheated in an oven bark hard just like burnt ends and that shouldn't be. You need to cook in pits not electric ovens with liquid smoke. Meat cooked the day before. I saw them wrap meat up at closing for the next day.
I felt ripped off, on the meat. Not enough portions on family dinners.
Where's the cornbread? Onions. Corn. Your sides are too small. Brisket has too much salt. Restaurants do that on turning meat so you don't taste it spoiled.
Prices are way too much. Not worth the money. You can make it better at home.
Or go costo buy there pre cooked brisket and burnt ends. Much better than this horrible BBQ.try anything else save $150.00

What a fantastic place. Food was a real treat! I had the Sample 2 Meat Dinner, Chicken and Brisket. Two sides, Coleslaw and Potato Salad. I used two sauces, original and hot. Super tasty, definitely filled me up! The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic about the food. Definitely worth your time.

The questions below assume that all who eat at Moose Creek like the food!

I've eaten there several times without good results.

My first visit to MC I ordered a slab of ribs, it had so much fat on it that I couldn't eat it. I shared same with the server, he lied about the product and made up some flimsy excuse for its condition.

On another visit, I purchased the same, hoping for a better result. Nope, this time, I asked for their St. Louis style cut of ribs. They brought me something, but it wasn't the style I paid over 52.00 for!!! (w/sides)

I may be a lone voice, that has a negative opion of MC but I've eaten ribs for over 60 years and I'm giving Moose Creek a (one) and would definitely not recommend it to friends nor family.

This is somewhere between a 4 and a 5 for me. Excellent meat, better than almost every NW bbq place I’ve been to. Their base sauce is a bit too sweet, and their buns could be a bit better. But overall, worth coming back to.
