5 stars for food, service and location. HOWEVER prices listed on Google Maps menu are OUTDATED ($25 is actually $42)- but still reasonable IF there would be more sides provided with a full rack of ribs or double the sizes. Otherwise you get the same quantity of sides as a small order of if ribs with increase of ribs.

Fantastic food! I had the moose Creek classic. A delicious sandwich with brisket smothered in their own sauce, provolone pepperoncini and onions and peppers. So tasty! Sauce wasn't too sweet or spicy but if you want heat they have a spicy sauce with a good lingering heat. A popular spot with coming in for their orders. Ill definitely be back!

Very good place. Imo it's like a Memphis style bbq. A light sweet and savory glaze rib. Brisket was well made. Fat bark was a bit to thick for me. But very good!! Hot link was average. Don't know if they made it themselves. I will go back.... soon with more ppl.

We were craving BBQ and this place was nearby. We were surprised because we remembered coming here years ago but had forgotten. We don't get up to Arlington all that often.
The brisket was absolutely amazing! Five stars for that! The sides were not that good unfortunately. We had corn bread, corn chowder and potato salad. The cornbread was gritty and not very much flavor. The corn chowder was pretty good but was a lot of potato, a little corn. The biggest letdown was the potato salad. It was a suspicious color and had little to offer in the way of taste.
Please don't get me wrong, side dishes aren't why we came there. The brisket was awesome! If we find ourselves back there, I'd skip the sides and just buy a pound of meat and be on my way.
I do want to say too that the service was great. Food came in mere moments and we were asked at least three times if we needed anything. I appreciated that.

Approved by two Texan transplants! First time having barbecue since moving here and we were thoroughly impressed. My husband had the ribs and I had the brisket. We had the beans, potato salad, and corn bread. All were phenomenal. Sweet tea was perfectly sweet!! Plenty of food at a great price. The brisket will feed me twice. Can’t wait to try the pulled pork!

Absolutely outstanding BBQ! Brisket is fantastic, and ribs are truly off the hook! Sides are yummy, too--we love the chicken corn chowder and the baked beans. The prices are excellent for the quality of food. We come here from Monroe, and every time we visit, it is absolutely worth the trip! As certified Kansas City Barbecue Society judges, we have an eye for competition-quality food, and this place is a close as we have seen outside of Texas that could serve-up consistent, near-completion quality BBQ at a restaurant--over and over again. The Southern Pride smokers next to front door tells you everything you need to know about the magic work happening behind the counter and it is DELICIOUS!

Best BBQ I have had hands down. The meat was tender and fresh and the BBQ sauce they make in house was so excellent I bought one for the road. Highly recommended! Great service as well, very attentive staff and fast service!

Full disclosure: A key part of MCB's excellence IMNSHO is a brother to me..
The ratings and Q and peeps speak for themselves.. My last takeout was a brisket sammy and slaw..
Get extra sauce after you think you need it..

A little bit of a drive from Seattle but great place to grab some brisket and ribs. They smoke the potatoes for their potato salad. It’s not bad but interesting enough to try over and over. I wish they had large slices of onion to go with their brisket.
