Not sure why they have a low rating. I've come to this location quiet a few times now and they're always efficient, friendly and the food is fresh. There's usually a line and they get through it pretty quick. The evening crew at least seems to have pretty good team dynamics and works through the line. I appreciate the friendly & fast service so will continue to come back when I get my panda craving.
Customer Service is amazing, The food is worth the wait during busy times and the occasional limited time menu items keep things fresher and better feeling than competing restaurants nearby by a landslide
Waited in line for 25 minutes with only 12 people in front of us. Was a bit impatient since we were in a rush, which is why we stopped there in the first place. Friendly staff. Just in low gear.
