10/19/2024 why would anyone want to go here anymore? I tried calling in an order and they wouldn't answer the phone. I drove down to the location and was told that they can't take any orders right now because he is prepping cheese for the next 45 minutes. He cannot and will not take any orders because there is no cheese. He is the only one working here today I don't know his name. He is the assistant manager and I was told that the manager is not there. On a Saturday, one person working? Totally unacceptable. Why would I want to go back?

Ordered on line because it's Tuesday & it can be busy. My pick up time said 2:00. Traffic was good so I arrived 20 minutes early, knowing I might have to wait. Walked in, 1 order was sitting in the pick up rack and nobody was there waiting ahead of me. The young lady from the back came forward asking if she could help me. I said I ordered on line. She looked at the order sheet, looked at the clock, rolled her eyes, which told me she was annoyed that I was early. Then grabbed some crusts and made my pizzas. I didn't mind waiting at all, but her eye rolling was rude. Then, when I baked our pizzas, the crust stayed flat and tasted stale. I've NEVER gotten bad pizza from this location until now. This is actually the 2nd time the same gal was a bit rude. Will not use this location again. For the price even on a Tuesday, poor attitude and old dough wasn't worth it.

Wonderful employees, very knowledgeable and friendly atmosphere. The employee that helped me went above and beyond to make my pizza experience amazing. His customer service was top notch. I highly recommend going here than any other Papa Murphy's. As I will be for future cookouts and pizza needs.

My boyfriend has gone here for pizza every tuesday. He and his grandpa have does this EVERY Tuesdays since. He is a quiet and laid back guy and doesn't complain much, but he and his grandpa have hated their pizza every Tuesday for the last month and a half. He says they have stopped caring, hardly put anything on the pizza. His grandpa is in his 90's. I've tasted them and they're terrible lately. The service sucks. The staff has changed around in the last month and a half. You need to fix this. This has been a Tuesday tradition and they're going to find a new place. It's not worth eating anymore!!!?

I want to like this location but their staff have gone downhill in quality and taken the food with it. Due to a dairy allergy in my household, I have to double-check everything they serve when I order a dairy free item just to make sure they didn't botch it or mess up the order, and tipping them does nothing for their service either. Their dough-making people bail early without making enough for the rest of the evening, and the people left to close out the shop are poorly trained and messy. I cannot recommend this place anymore so avoid it and try another location where the staff haven't stopped caring about service.

Ordered from Papa Murphy's website for delivery. First driver calls me and says it will take an hour because the store says they didn't get the order. Called the store multiple times, no answer. Door Dash says order is picked up by a different driver. The wrong order was delivered. Store will still not answer phone.
