We love Pizza Factory!! They have some of the best pizza around, and the price is very reasonable. They always get our order just right, they are fast and we have never been disappointed!

Quiet atmosphere, everyone is home watching Seahawks, but clean and pleasant. Gal working had her work cut out for her. Obviously busy, but handled it with grace. I had called in my order for pickup. She estimated 30 min. She was on point. Was just about done when I arrived. Game days for pizza spots are always gonna have longer waits, and more stressed out staff. But she was awesome even under pressure. Didn’t get her name, but she killed it. Pizza was hot and delicious! Thank you gal!

This place was filthy!!! Had I not called my order ahead for pickup I would have turned around and walked out! 11:30 am and had just opened. Not a clean table in the place! Everything in this place is filthy! It's been a long time since I've been there and I'll NEVER return! EWWW!

The place was empty and every single table was covered in the previous customers garbage from their meal. The employees were too busy to clean off a table for me and my wife to sit and look at the menu. So we asked for the table spray and a rag and cleaned off the trash and wiped off the table. My wife decided to help out and started to clean off every table with my help. It was just awkward to not receive any thank yous from the employees. They wouldn't give us the wifi password and they wanted us to stop pan handling out in front of their establishment. They told us we took too long while using h Their restroom to smoke in. This place was too awkward... Definitely going to have lunch here again soon.

This place should be on every street corner that's busy. The pizza is Awesome, Delicious!! Plus I like what they stand for. It's a no bully zone! Kind of unheard of. So I rate this Place A+++++

Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because their crust and sauce need a little more flavor (herbs/garlic or something). Otherwise, good food and the employees were nice and helpful

I have ordered here 2 times this week and ill never order from them again. The first time it took them over 1.5 hours to deliver the pizza im 5 mins away like had i kniw it would take that long i would of just picked it up myself. I sadly decided to order from them again delivery thinking maybe they were just having a rough day the first time... nope. Here i am sitting here waiting for my pizza and was told 1 hr 20 mins of waiting that they just put it in the oven like wtf. I get it if your short staffed but this is bad like why offer delivery if you can do it in a reasonable time or if your that short staffed? Especially for how expensive this pizza is like if i had a different option for delivery i would of ordered somewhere else cause waiting 1.5 hours or more for a pizza 5/10 mins away is crazy. Like im new to the area but i will never order from them again. If you want fast pizza dont order here your gonna wait like 1.5/2 hours for your pizza. You def lost a customer. Like how are u still in business.
