The worst service ever, I just left there looking for some accessories for my semi, and there's a guy in a young girl they're having a girl tied behind the counter and just completely ignored me , If you go to the pilot during the day, the store is full of employees that no nothing can't help you and they're just literally in the way , If you want to waste your time, be disrespected and spend tons of money on anything from the store, this is a place to go The pilot in Arlington,...read full review

First time visiting I needed a place to park for the night, they were not helpful and very rude to me. Telling me it was my problem that they were full and wouldn't tell me if there was anywhere nearby I could park!! Don't waste your time going there unless you enjoy poor customer service!!
