I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received at this espresso stand. I have visited approximately five times, and on each occasion I was treated rudely and made to feel like an inconvenience.
During my most recent visit, there was a “be right back” sign posted, so I waited for several minutes. When the employee returned, she abruptly opened the window forcefully, and asked, “What do you want?” in an unprofessional tone. Before I could finish placing my order, she walked away while rolling her eyes. When I indicated that I wanted to order additional items, she responded with visible annoyance and continued to display a negative attitude throughout the interaction.
While preparing the order, she threw items around and repeatedly rolled her eyes, including while overhearing me speak Spanish on the phone. The entire experience felt hostile and disrespectful. After completing the transaction, she did not thank me or acknowledge me, and slammed the window when she noticed I did not leave a tip.
I initially gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming she may have been having a bad day, but this behavior has been consistent. The level of service provided was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a result, I will no longer support this business and will choose to spend my money at establishments where customers are treated with respect.

I got a double shot espresso with a club soda on the side and it was perfect — just the kind of coffee I like. The barista was super nice and friendly, which really made the visit even better. Really appreciate the great service and a job well done. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!

Bad bad customer service. The barista seem to be racist or in a really really bad mood. Couldn’t ask anything of the drinks i was getting because she would give me an attitude and in top of that as she was making the drinks she was tossing/slamming everything she would grab…. Never ever coming back here with the service we got. Had to throw all my drinks due to not knowing if maybe she put something in our drinks.

Always end up being disappointed the women who obviously owns this coffee stand is extremely rude and disrespectful!! With a horrible attitude!! I like to get the coffee milkshakes with real ice cream which is often hard to find cause most coffee stands use ice instead of ice cream but every time I come to hers she’s always so mean and acts like what im ordering is so hard to make so I will not come here or ever support her business!! Change your attitude and treat everyone the same! Or don’t own a coffee stand for real!!!!

Parked at the truck stop across and wanted to try out the small coffee shops across the street. Tried this one and glad I chose it. Coffee was solid and the muffin top was great. Pricing is solid under the certain conditions. Also offered almond and oat milk.
I have been around the block a few times and am very picky with whom I return to be served by, a lot of baristas get away with lack luster mixing skills or portioning but this women always makes the best coffee or red lotus I’ve had in the area, highly recommend l.
