USED to go to this Starbucks all the time but the way the restaurant worker was so pleased with herself when she told my client, IT'S OUR NEW POLICY. It was very obvious my special needs client was not up to anything nefarious. I'm completely disgusted...

Love how fast and kind the service is but they can never make good iced matcha lattes ! :,) every time I've ordered it, the syrup is just laying at the bottom with clumps of matcha, is never mixed, and doesn’t have enough matcha in it either.

The staff at this Starbucks location are absolutely amazing. The person who took our order was so kind and patient. They also made my coffee perfectly. All the staff knew the regulars and called them by name, it was a very warming atmosphere. I saw them take care of a regular that only ordered hot water and sugar and they were so kind to him it really made my day. Thank you guys for being so awesome!!!

Such as great experience every time I come to this store! Staff is so patient and helpful, fast and friendly. Super clean store. They are also quick to remedy any mistake if/when they come along, and they are super fun to talk to, great store and great team!
I just had the BEST experience at this specific location today. The girl that helped me this morning recommended my usual order but with a twist, to give me a bit more energy. She was so kind, sincere and everyone was just amazing. The staff was upbeat and SOOO pleasant. They were all working so hard and wonderfully together. This experience was the only 10 out of 10 I’ve had with a Starbucks. Thank you all for making my day special!
