Subway is simply too expensive now, and this spot doesn't accept coupons or online deals that are supposed to be good nationwide. Hard to justify $18 for a sandwich. Look elsewhere

Consistently good service and good food. However, the only options are to tip or to push the “other” button and manually refuse to tip. No one should have to manually opt out of a tip at a place that you order standing up!

The prices are insane here and they don’t accept coupons! This place BLOWS! Go down the street to Jimmy John’s or the other subway.
Unacceptable Quality - Shoddy Teriyaki Sub Presentation
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Arlington Subway location. I ordered a Teriyaki Sub sandwich, and upon opening the packaging, I was dismayed to discover that the sandwich was in a deplorable state. The sandwich was haphazardly assembled, with the ingredients spilling out of the sides, rendering it practically inedible without making a mess.
The presentation of the sandwich was shockingly poor, and the overall appearance was far below the standards one would expect from a Subway restaurant. Additionally, the teriyaki sauce appeared old and clumpy, giving the impression of neglect in the preparation of the food.
The lack of care and attention to detail in crafting this sandwich was glaringly evident, and it left me feeling thoroughly dissatisfied with my purchase. I would caution anyone seeking a decent meal to steer clear of this location, as the quality of service and food falls well short of acceptable standards.
This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed in the standards upheld at this Subway branch. I sincerely hope that they take steps to improve their practices and provide customers with the quality experience they rightfully deserve.

The woman working was the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She messed up two out of the three sandwiches I ordered. When I called to have the problem fixed she said "I did not make a mistake" I said I will be back with the sandwiches to prove there was a mistake. When I arrived she bluntly said "you are rude just so you know" I couldn't believe it. I went to open the subs and she grabbed them and threw them in the trash saying "want your money" I said no I still need to get lunch to these people. I need you to make the right sandwiches. As she made them she was cursing and making rude comments. I asked for her supervisor she said she is the supervisor, I asked for her name and she said she doesn't have to disclose that. She should not serve the public and she needs training on how to make a sandwich and how to own up to her mistakes!!! She has dark hair and wears a bandana and is absolutely terrible at her job and is a disgusting example of customer service! I told her I would be calling to make a complaint and she said good luck I am the one who answers the phone! What a complete jerk! I hope you lose your job!!!!!
WATCH OUT FOR THIS ONE, SHE IS TERRIBLY DISGUSTING!!!

Small sandwich for the price. Way less meat than there used to be. Never is well made and have to wait a while. They also don’t accept the coupons!

This subway does not take My recent visit to Subway left much to be desired. Despite receiving a coupon in the mail, the staff refused to honor it, leaving me feeling misled and dissatisfied. To add to the disappointment, the dining area had an employee who was seemingly asleep, creating a lax and unprofessional atmosphere. This lack of attention to customer service and the visible lapse in employee engagement made for a subpar experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall quality of their service.

Live across the street from. Get subway coupons all the time in my junk mail. Used before but tried yesterday, said don't take. Asked why, said the owner said not taking anymore. So sandwich was $5 more. Usually tip 20%, but they lost that and the owner future business. Don't send out locally coupons if don't accept. Also, the big sign in their store and their jock TV ads say "freshly sliced meats". Wrong! The sign is right there on the wall, all the meat was still sliced in plastic trays. I asked, they said they get busy so they slice ahead. If you're going to lie, say each 12" sub makes you lose 10lbs and cures all diseases! Go to Safeway and buy their meat and bread, cheaper.

Very unfriendly service. Felt like I was getting rushed out even though I was the only customer. The girl who made my sandwich seemed like she was having a bad day, I get that. But I don't think I'll be returning.
