My daughter and I went here last night. I ordered 2 foot longs a small subway. I told the guy at the cash register I was paying for all 3. The guy making the subs told him I wasn't charged for the 3rd order. He tried to show that I paid for all 3 subs. The man making the subs got mad at him and started arguing with with him. I won't be back at This Subway anytime soon.

I am not normally one to leave reviews but this experience was terrible. I left feeling completely robbed. $25.00 for a footlong?? Didnt even get chips or drink and they didnt have all the toppings. This is absurd. After i got back to work my flatbread was more like a chip than bread. It was old/stale and overtoasted where it sounded like i was eating croutons. Will never go back which is sad because i have been going to subways for last 14 years but the fact that they are charging $25.00 for a footlong. Doesnt matter what goes on it. Its a sandwich.

I went in with a friend . The shop had maybe 3 other people and the place was laid back. We had no one behind us (ever) in the ordering line yet my fellow was rude, short with response or no answer at all. His partner on the other hand was just the opposite and noticed his partners demeanor. I won't go back to this particular subway if I go at all. I'm not a subway visitor therefore I tried to ask him about toasted bread and sauce. Forgive me but if the job doesn't agree with you than look around, there are jobs out there that need employees.

Really skimpy on the meat…my sandwich was all bread. I understand everyone has to make a buck, but dang, why skimp out on the meat? Never going to this particular Subway again!

I understand that prices have gone up. However, the sign for the $3 pretzel was still out there and had not been changed. When I ordered one, the cashier refused to honor that price, claiming he couldn't override the new $4 price. Don't mess with hangry customers!

This was the third location I experienced the exact same issue. Trying to order a sub from someone that is having a conversation with someone else on a Bluetooth earpiece. It’s hard to tell if they are speaking to us, or whoever is on the phone with him. He was not listening to us about what we wanted on our subs, because his other conversation was clearly more important. This seems to be normal customer service at subway, considering the last 3 times in a row that we went to Subway, we experienced the same thing. This was the third location. I’m not sure that customers are of any concern at any subway. Rather frustrated that this is how Subway operates. Other than that, the store was clean at least.

THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO COUNT CHANGE. IT HAPPENED TWO TIMES AT THIS SUBWAY. THECFIRST TIME THRY RIPPED ME OFF 5.00. THE SECOND TIME I GAVE EXACT AMOUNT AND SHE DIDNT INCLUDE THE THE EXACT CHANGE. SO WATCH YOUR MONRY AT THIS PLACE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

Was in the store waiting to pick up an online order this evening and witnessed an incredibly positive interaction with a customer experiencing payment card issues at the register. Would high recommend this subway location off customer service merit alone, although my sandwich was great as well!
