Thank goodness this store closed.Wouldn't accept any type of coupon/promo, owner was worthless if there was ANY type of issue, employees were powerless to do anything or make anything right.

Working all day, figured we'd get something quick. The girl behind the counter seemed annoyed at her job or life idk. Was very unfriendly, place smelled bad...NEVER AGAIN! Wouldn't recommend.

Classic Subway, u get the same results everytime. And no matter where you are in the world you can stop by a Subway and be somewhere familiar cause they all look the same and should taste the same. With the same young male and female behind the bar flirting as you walk up to have one make your sandwich.

I would never patronize Subway but I was given a gift card. I went to the location in Arlington, WA by the 5. First off the inside smelled musty like mold instead of baking bread. I chose a foot long BMT which is on their classic menu. The way they have the menu boards set up the classics are difficult to find. I had to ask the gal behind the glass where the regular sandwiches were in the menu. On to the sandwich. The bread was stale and crumbly. The cold cuts were okay but the vegetables were another story. Wilty lettuce, tomatoes were mushy. The overall quality and taste of the sandwich was disappointing. The price of a single foot long sandwich with no frills was almost $15. Nothing is cheap anymore.

Came in to get me and my family sandwiches. The make line was not good. Half the meats looked dried out and the veggies were all turning brown. They were very plane sandwiches. Then I went to get my kids some milk and all the milks were expired. It wasn’t good at all! The worst 41$ I have ever spent. My family owns subways and this was not a well kept subway. Won’t ever come here again..

Stopped in for a sub after some morning outdoor work. Hands are dirty so I go to washroom and it it locked with a note 'washrooms closed'. (I thought restaurants were required 1 bathroom to be open) I asked if there was a place to wash up and received "Sorry, the washrooms closed.". I noted I saw the sign and asked if there was another sink to wash up."Sorry, the washrooms closed.".I found another place to wash up and grab a bite.I used to love subway. I don't do fast food but subway was the exception. I used to love subway.

Not from this area but Was driving by and stopped for a quick lunch. By far the best subway I’ve ever been to, both inside and out was clean. The sub prep area was clean and everything looked fresh. Anna was professional and super nice!

I came in at 12:50pm. Plenty of time to get a sandwich at lunch time. Just before my 1:20 shift just down the street. I had to leave without food because there's only 1 person working there and she could only do call in orders. Hire more people, this is at a lunch time, where there should be 2 or 3 people. Why have 1 poor employee stressed about doing everything without help, terrible.

The restroom was closed. I asked where to find one, the person told me that she does not know the area. Which makes no sense to me. She works there and uses something. If it's because of covid it wasn't stated anywhere, no proper explanation or apologies. And we were customers.
