I come here ALOT and today I sent my boyfriend to get my coffee and it was 11 dollars and change which I'm not sure what happened but it's NEVER that much??? I have also noticed that my free one's have been disappearing somehow? I usually don't have a bad experience but something isn't right lately and I feel bad for having to leave this review but I have been coming here for over 8yrs and this has just started lately so I thought I should voice my opinion because I spend alot and usually tip way more then the average customer because I am in the industry where my tips are how I make my money definitely not by my hourly pay!!! Anyway I hope the employees are being honest and not taking advantage of the situation!!!! Thanks for listening XOXOXOX OK so I went by there today after not returning my call and they said yes we charged an extra 3.00 because you get extra vanilla? So that being said it's usually between $8.00/ $8.75 it depends on who is working but I will not spend an extra $3.00 just because I get extra vanilla I can see it being an extra .75 or even a dollar but an extra $3.00 THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! THIS SADDENS ME BECAUSE I WILL MISS THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING LADIES BUT I REFUSE AFTER 8YRS TO PAY $11.00 FOR 1 COFFEE I DON'T MIND PAYING A LITTLE EXTRA BUT I'M BUYING ALL THERE VANILLA BOTTLES AT THAT PRICE!!!! I am going somewhere else because I have never been charged $15.00 with tip for a coffee at any other stand in the area!!!! THANKS FOR LISTENING BUT YA LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER THAT TIPS ALOT MORE THEN YOUR NORMAL CUSTOMER!!!!!

I started going to Sunrise Espresso when I moved to Arlington in 2021. From that first day they treated me as if they'd known me for years. My most memorable visit was in the summer of 2023. There were a few bees at the window and the barista was super calm about it. She handed us our drink, got our payment, etc all while bees were flying in her face. It was pretty cool.
