Great teriyaki spot! I’ve been a few times over the years when in the area for work and it’s always good. I usually get the tofu yakisoba and it’s always served hot, saucy and delicious, with crisp veggies. The woman who works at the cash register is amazing and always friendly despite being so busy. Good food and service for the price.

I love teriyaki. It's my go-to take-out food. I've tried many places through the years and unfortunately my favorite places tend to change ownership. When the places change owners, they usually tank in quality by changing recipes, using pre-frozen ingredients, giving smaller portions but raising prices, ect.
The teriyaki place by my house I'd been going to for years really tanked in quality, so I started looking around for better places. When I got a "sweet" Mongolian Beef with no peppers or onions, just a pitiful sauce that was the last straw.
I'm so glad I found this place. Firstly, the food is delicious. I've tried the Chicken Teriyaki, Kung Pao Chicken and the Mongolian Beef (made with peppers!) and they were all fresh and piping hot. The portions are generous and the price is fair.
The building is clean and the menus are large, easy to read with a nice variety of choices. They were moderately busy and I got my large order in a timely manner. This is my new go-to.

I have called twice about poor quality of a particular dish kung pow. The chicken is over cooked and this last time the broccoli was old and mostly yellow. Tasted really funny. The first time I told them about the over cooked chicken she said someone else said it was undercooked so more we cook it longer. So most of the time the chicken is overcooked. Now the bad broccoli and she was silent for shot 10 seconds and said what do you want me to say …. I’m sorry I guess… Then dead silence again so I hung up. I will never go back. Too many times now
I used to love coming here but now the service and quality of the food is inconsistent. I was served cold chicken teriyaki and when I let them know it was cold they just microwaved it with my gyoza and everything on the plate making them soggy. When I asked why I’m paying $13 for microwaved food they tried to say it wasn’t microwaved when you can clearly hear the microwave from the back. Due to a language barrier the owner seemed to be confused and offered to microwave it again and I said no thanks that is literally what my complaint is about. The cashier didn’t want to help me communicate it better and said “I’m just the cashier”.

Personally, upon entering it smells dirty, and I also paid for more spicy and it wasn't spicy, I ordered beef and chicken and the beef came as minced meat, not like the dish that is supposedly shown on the menu, I didn't like the sauce or the sauce. They don't even have a fork and they also charge you 50 per bag, really, very bad service.
