My family celebrated Easter Sunday with the buffet. The service was good and the food was outstanding. It was a great experience. The grandkids love the horse merry-go-round too. We will definitely be coming back.
Cute find! We were surprised by the large menu. We both had sandwiches. One was very good, the other wasn't as good as the description. Service was friendly but slow, but we heard them say that someone wasn't able to make it in.

I keep hoping the food will live up to the expection built by the menu and ambiance this place exudes. You can watch one or two horses get exercised or trained, most days, Fun! Service is always great, but I wish the quality of the meat (prime rib) was better.

Updated review: very much like this place. It's really only restaurant in the area. If passing by on hwy Sr 530 recommend stopping in, but check hours before stopping as they aren't open as long as most restaurants. It is worth the stop with good food and really a unique atmosphere and very friendly service. Wish they had events with the horses in arena while you eat. That would be awesome. Or even make use of the beautiful scenery around the facility . It has such pretty views but the restaurant is inside with small windows and not much lighting. It has so much potential to be a top class restaurant and destination. Having said that its still very nice and glad it's there. Will frequent as i can...

We have been coming to this restaurant for several years. The prime rib is usually cooked properly and tender. It is always a race to get it as if you aren't there before 6pm it is sold out. Tonight we brought out of town guests in and had a terrible experience. We got "the last three" prime ribs but one was a mass of knotted gristle - not even a slice. My boyfriend did not eat any of it but they still charged us $40 for his plate. It also took 75 minutes to serve the main course. Our waitress was racing around keeping up with many tables and kept us supplied with drinks and water. But the kitchen was really off. We have had slow service before but love the atmosphere so always forgave it. This time I don't think we will be coming back.

Our band was hired to entertain (The Packstring Band) We all had various dining menu options, and we're terrific!! Great food, service and atmosphere.
Highly recommend. Reservations should be made.

They had an event going on when we visited, and were not able to keep up with the event and orders from the restaurant. When we did get our food it was OK at best. But, the pear cake was delicious.

Lunch reservations for four Sunday 1pm. Sat for 30 minutes before anyone actnoliged our presence. Ordered drinks got them after asking twice about twenty minutes. Ordered food. Another long long wait. Not sure if just bad waitress or what. Not many people there. Those closest to entree had great service. Food was good. Just not happy with service. been there many times but this was not impressionable to say the least. it was our daughter and husbands anniversary
