I love Vampire Penguin! It's so unique and tasty. I took 2 stars off because the employee rang up my order in the same gloves she then made my order in 🤮 That 100% defeats the purpose of gloves. You're just spreading germs everywhere! I'll definitely go again, but I will say something next time or just come back another time, which totally sucks.

They accommodated our large group this evening about an hour and a half before close, served us delicious desserts and beverages, and thanked us for coming in! I will definitely come back and encourage others to visit this unique business. Thank you all so much!

So disappointed! We drove up from Woodinville for dessert and they were closed at 7:30 when even the sign said 9 pm! And online and said 9pm! They lost out on 6 people dessert!

Excellent customer service, they noticed us looking at the packaged snacks and brought us a sample to try. The desert itself was delicious, it had fruit in it as well. Will definitely stop by again if I am in the area.

We were the worst and both times we went it was right at closing and both times the sweetest people were there and were more than willing to put up with all of us. The ices were delicious, and the kids loved the tunes they were playing. We absolutely will be going back to try more flavors, hopefully not right at closing lol

Genuinely so cute. They had little books with the vampire penguin story and lots of cute art! Plus the treats were so good, and the bathroom was very clean.
