They gave my kid spicy nugs in her kids' meal and then argued with me that they were spicy. I ordered a chicken pecan salad no cheese, but they gave me cheese, no chicken or pecans. Ordered 1 cookie but wasn't given to us. Eventually, we did get everything we ordered, but it was ridiculous to have so much wrong, and the fries were cold. I was done by this point and didn't say anything about the fries. I'd have been extra mad if we had taken it to go or drive...

They were pretty busy so the drive thru took a while. That isn't necessarily a negative though. This is the first time I've had a good fast food experience since covid. The young lady working actually apologized for the long wait time. Customer service has been lost in the new age so it was a nice breath of fresh air.
