Very close to the Longmire visitor center before entering the park, this restaurant has a variety of American, Nepali and vegetarian food. Parking was overflowed to the street. Seating was in a shared table though they have smaller tables as well. There is indoor & outdoor seating. Food came relatively quickly. There is a lot of history here with memorabilia of treks to Mt Everest & Mt Rainier. For vegetarians, there is a Thali & samosas. The staff were quite busy & did not talk much- they were clearly working hard & fast, but you can get a good meal here.
The food was good. The pie was delicious
Great food and great service! There aren't a lot of food options around so I didn't have super high hopes but Wildberry was such a treat! Delicious chicken thali, vegetable samosa, and mango lassi.
Had dinner here and it was delicious. I had the Chicken Thali and my wife had the Pork Momo. Both were fantastic and reasonably priced for this area. The service was good and prompt. Also the owners story is so cool! He holds the speed record for climbing Everest. Oh also don’t miss on the awesome marionberry pie! Very cool spot!
Most authentic food I found in the US. Did not except it to be this homely.
Came in after a long drive and day at Mt Rainier. Location is great, food comes out fast. My husband had the dumplings and I had the tenders. The couple next to us had burgers and they looked amazing. We were trying to take our time but they keep asking if we were done. Its a small place inside with plenty of seats outside. The menu is limited but sufficient to grab a good dinner after hiking all day. Drinks are limited and so is dessert. The pie was not great (maybe it was our piece) and that was disappointing
Vegan and vegetarian option available.
A hidden gem! Delish Nepali comfort food, plus American options for basic folks. Excellent service, a lovely outdoor seating area, and a cozy vibe. Try the thali!
We had dinner here mid-May. Food was fantastic (we all got Nepalese dishes) and loved the mountaineering vibe. We also bought a couple hats from Nepal which we love. It was a memorable stop!
Right next to our hotel, restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere

Cosy little place just as you leave the National park, family run with an incredible menu! We got the Sherpa stew which was incredible after a 3c evening on the mountain, and the cheeseburger which was excellent! The samosas were divine too. Highly recommend - and thank you so much for the quick service!! The Marionberry pie was also lovely and tart

Thali delicious but expensive! Very rude owners
The food was absolutely delicious, service effortless and overall very decently priced. We tried the pork momos, chicken thali, and Sherpa stew along with a few herbal teas. A perfect end after hiking through the national park.

The whole "town" of Ashford is a tourist trap and this place is no exception. $14 burger on a stale bun. After spending 60 seconds getting a description from the waiter what "medium" was, it came cooked well-done and without any sear. Might as well have been microwaved. A $2.50 up charge of onion rings resulted in exactly four pre-made onion rings. Table next to us was excited to see vegetarian options but after the first bite, the excitement ended. They left more than half of the meal uneaten.
