Jasmine and Dalila were so great. We had went to another big foot and got our girls an Arnold palmer with mango. We left not thinking anything about it and our girls didn't like their drinks. Ended up finding out they put mango puree in it instead of mango torani syrup. We came here and explained what happened. Jasmine and Dalila helped us with no problem and we're very nice.
Service is a 3 because it depends on what shift you go. Most times it's a 5 but there is one that the girls are not customer friendly, espically if they don't want to do the order.

Always a nice place to splurge on some of the best mixed coffee drinks anyone could ask for. I feel guilty like I just had a huge dessert ....because sometimes big foot java is dinner and dessert in one ! The baristas are almost all top notch and the locations we frequent is A street , Harvey road and occasionally the one on psc hwy near Des Moines. Keep up the good work all.
