These guys are great! They accidentally messed up on ONE of the sandwiches I ordered. I called to let them know, my name was taken and so on. The manager called me like two days later and was like he's so sorry and I have two large sandwiches on the house!!! Thats unheard of especially Nowadays.

The bread on the French Dip was spectacular. I wished it had more meat, considering it was almost $13 for one sandwich (via DoorDash). I'd definitely recommend trying this place.

Found this place on TikTok! They make their bread from scratch daily with no preservatives. We got the original hero with turkey and the tuna panini and loved both. Our baby boy loved it too. Definitely will be coming back to this unassuming sub shop. They have breakfast and catering as well, as well as good options for vegetarians.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Big Town Hero, and I was blown away! I ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the bread was incredibly soft.
But what really made my experience special was the friendly staff. They were so welcoming and helpful, and my food came out fast.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Big Town Hero. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. I will definitely be returning soon!

High quality sandwich shop! The very berry turkey sub was incredible and the bread was so soft. Everything in my chef salad was fresh. I’m glad I ran into this shop. Thanks for a great lunch!

Best sub sandwiches ever! As a food reviewer, I eat at so many places, but Big Town Hero is the best! I truly enjoyed both of my sandwiches! I got the clasic club & the Italian Panini! They were both amazing! I even got 2 cookies , those were awesome as well!! The customer service here is world class and the establishment is incredibly clean!
