Bigfoot was one of my favorite places for blended drinks because of their ice cream base. I live in OR now so it's a special treat when I'm in the area and get to have it. The last 3 times I've been they can't seem to get a basic drink (blended chai) right. I've worked at bigfoot, if you make the drink per their recipe it's exactly how I want. I literally specify that I don't want it extra icy every time because for some reason these baristas think they can eyeshot properly. I'm unfortunately left with a drink too thick to even come out the straw, has a rough texture, and just tastes like ice. It's so frustrating knowing how easy of a drink it is to make, and yet I'm left disappointed every time. Officially sick of wasting my money here. You have to tip before you get your drink and I regret it, she didn't deserve it.
Their coffee is good and way stronger than Starbucks but has gotten extremely expensive! Their 24 Oz cup is not as big as Starbucks 20 Oz cup anymore! Rip off. 9.00 for coffee is stupid

Walked up to ask a question in the worker was just so rude so I didn’t wanna have my business go here. I’d rather go to Dutch Brothers. They’re way better anyways.
This business has an illegal cash policy. They'll take it, but they won't give you change. They also won't tell you until it's too late. If I pay with cash, the only acceptable form of tender for change is cash. Not a gift card. insanely rude, uneducated staff on top of it.
While I understand that any business can get busy... I feel that waiting over 20 minutes just to pull up to the order window (while being only the 3rd car in line and being boxed in by cars behind us...!) is ridiculous. But that's just the beginning of our bad experience. The possibly new person taking the order was beyond slow, triple checking for additional flavors etc. on a very plain latte order. She needed assistance with entering that simple order into the handheld machine, which added minutes to the ordeal. The coffee was fortunately made quickly, but then the final strike was that it was watery, had no foam and generally tasted like water from cleaning an espresso machine. So far, this was the worst coffee experience of the year, not something we expect from otherwise decent chain of coffee stands.

Excellent as always the baristas get to know the regulars and they have multiple locations. I think we know for sure multiple baristas and if we don't recognize them they always recognize us for sure . Always polite. Quick and accurate. Never misses or skips a beat !
Kid-friendliness: Of course. It's a barista

The water ? at the Auburn, WA Bigfoot should be filtered. Last I ordered water it had a bad taste, and this might have been because it was not filtered. I enjoy their croissant ? pastry. The white coffee is a good option for caffeine since it has more caffeine than regular coffee!

Pulled up and the new manager was at the window. She rolled her eyes at me and refused to make my drink without in the cup size that would fit it best (smaller), the way I have been getting it multiple times a week for three years at every single BigFoot location. When I said I’d just go to one closer to home, she told me that “no BigFoot will make it that way for you, I’ll make sure it’s brought to all stores”. That’s ok, the exact same thing is $3 cheaper at Gravity and they are always happy to accommodate. Only sorry to not be seeing the wonderful and friendly Ashley & Liz anymore.

The drinks are good but the service is terrible. I’ve been to this location a few times now and the baristas act like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. They’re unfriendly and don’t like to answer questions about the menu. They don’t ask for loyalty card info. Just no customer service skills.

One car at window when I pulled up. Waited TEN minutes and still the car is there. The other side has served THREE cars. I'm leaving. Ridiculous wait for overpriced coffee
And they don't accept cash anymore?!?!
Came to this location after a bad experience at another.
Bigfoot lost a customer of many, MANY years today.

Went to get a drink the barista made it seem like my order was inconvenient. Once my drink was made I confirmed it was oat milk and the barista ringing me up asked the person who made it if it was and she made an annoyed look on her face and said no. I said oh okay the person who handed me my drink offered to remake it and I declined as I already felt unwelcome and like an inconvenience by the other barista.
