Ive been a regular at this Auburn Way S location, and every visit is a great experience! I especially want to recognize Katrina, a barista who always seems to be in a good mood whenever I drive through. She deserves more recognition for her outstanding service and positive attitude!

1 absolutely love bigfoojavid is my favorite coffee spot by far, it is definitely the best coffee around.No, questions hands down.It is just amazingAlthough the only complaint I would have is that it is a little too pricey.It is way too expensive to have to spend ten dollars on a beverage, but it is worth every penny to me.So I go all the time.It is the way I treat myself every now and then.Whenever I get a little extra change, it is just something that sets them apart from other coffee.Joints not sure exactly what it is.But I know that whatever it is they have it i also wish the rewards program wasn't as cingy.It takes 15 purchases in order to get a free drink. Which is, in my opinion, a little high? That's like spending a $150 to get something free. I do it, but I don't like it. And the oddest fact I have about them is that the longer the beverage sits, the better it gets.If you don't know this, trust me, try it

My wife was waiting in the drive-thru line for quite a long time while the employee was chatting with the previous customer even after handing them their coffee. Since she was in a hurry to a meeting and the line was not moving, she gently honked once to get attention.
When she reached the window, the employee rudely told her that she had “no right to honk.” My wife explained that she was in a rush and that the drive-thru is not meant for long conversations, but the employee repeated that she shouldn’t honk, instead of simply serving her and apologizing.
We consider this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. The drive-thru should provide quick and polite service to all customers in line.
We kindly ask you to review this incident, speak with the employee, and take steps to prevent similar situations in the future.

First time in Seattle. I saw this place driving by and had to try it. I tried the green apple with a sugar free red bull and it was good. The service was amazing.

I usually love Bigfoot, but this one has been hit or miss. The young lady who served me was not very friendly. I had asked for an iced London fog and received a cup of milk. I know sometimes people have rough days, but the drink quality and service quality at this location recently has disappointed me. I will have to try other locations.

I came thru this morning at about 7:50 and had a bad expense with a girl , black glasses .. hair in a clip , I called to speak with a manager but she informed me that I was unable to receive a name in regards to my complaint , which is fine. It’s okay to have a bad day but it’s not okay to treat anybody/ everybody else rudely. I came in very kind , she asked me what did I want today , as I started she literally walked away from me ordering to speak to somebody else then came back , was very off putting while I was ordering , then I heard her in there talking about my drink lol because I wanted 1 1.5 of redbull I don’t want my heart to explode hell ..

Then she literally damn near shoved my drink at me , said have a good day quickly at the same time then continued to slam the window on my face.

I just pray she has a better day & treats everybody with kindnesss .. it goes a long way.

Today, around 6:16 on 9/09/2025, I came to grab a coffee. I placed my order and was also trying to give my friend’s order while I was on the phone with them. The employee who helped me, a tall girl with two braids, was extremely rude for no reason. She gave me a bad attitude and even slammed the window in my face. I always come to this location for my coffee, but this experience was very upsetting and disappointing. If she dislikes her job that much, she should not be working there.
