1 absolutely love bigfoojavid is my favorite coffee spot by far, it is definitely the best coffee around.No, questions hands down.It is just amazingAlthough the only complaint I would have is that it is a little too pricey.It is way too expensive to have to spend ten dollars on a beverage, but it is worth every penny to me.So I go all the time.It is the way I treat myself every now and then.Whenever I get a little extra change, it is just something that sets them apart from other coffee.Joints not sure exactly what it is.But I know that whatever it is they have it i also wish the rewards program wasn't as cingy.It takes 15 purchases in order to get a free drink. Which is, in my opinion, a little high? That's like spending a $150 to get something free. I do it, but I don't like it. And the oddest fact I have about them is that the longer the beverage sits, the better it gets.If you don't know this, trust me, try it
My wife was waiting in the drive-thru line for quite a long time while the employee was chatting with the previous customer even after handing them their coffee. Since she was in a hurry to a meeting and the line was not moving, she gently honked once to get attention. When she reached the window, the employee rudely told her that she had “no right to honk.” My wife explained that she was in a rush and that the drive-thru is not meant for long conversations, but the employee repeated that she shouldn’t honk, instead of simply serving her and apologizing. We consider this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. The drive-thru should provide quick and polite service to all customers in line. We kindly ask you to review this incident, speak with the employee, and take steps to prevent similar situations in the future.
