Drive thru line was a bit of a wait, but the coffee (eggnog mocha) and breakfast sandwich (egg and bacon) was definitely worth the wait!

The service at this place is atrocious. Two girls sitting and doing small talks while the guy is struggling to help the customer. Asian looking girl had major attitude. The other girl looked had curly hair. Horrible service. This was on 11/15 at 6.15pm.

i honestly never write reviews but i just had to say that Sam is literally 99% the reason why i go to this bigfoot instead of the others. she literally makes our drinks sooo good and she’s just so sweet all the time! thank you girl!

We asked for 2 coffee cakes and they charged us for them, then said they didn't have them. When asked for a refund, the barista said it was impossible because the manager was not there, and impossible to call the manager because "she does not work weekends." We asked for a gift card instead, but she said that was impossible as well. She said we would have to email later about the issue.
So basically, if this Bigfoot Java doesn't have what you order, they will steal your money from you.

sam was very kind. she asked about our day and i told her about me and my boyfriends anniversary, and she wrote happy anniversary on them. drinks were amazing too!

I really hope management is seeing the continual customer complaints. I have been a daily BF customer (sometimes multiple times a day) and sadly I know of all stands, to avoid this one! But sometimes it’s just on the way and I figure I’ll give it a shot.
There were 3 cars on each side, and I have taken the challenge to time each. The first car with 1 person, 2 drinks was 12 minutes (they weren’t visiting or talking), second car 11 minutes, 1 person and only 1 drink… also weren’t visiting/chatting. I’ve been behind the 3rd car at window 1 person for over 7 minutes now. The other window has been running the same 10 min average per car.
Now realizing I’m waiting both patiently and stubbornly for over 30 min for only 3 cars (4 drinks) to be made.
This is not only a negative experience for every customer, regardless of how nice the baristas are… the baristas then have to navigate serving very upset customers, and from the business standpoint I can’t even imagine the negative financial impact this has. Watching customers turn around and leave and sadly not being in the “generous tipping” mood.
I love BF, and these Baristas deserve a chance at success. Upper management needs to step in and guide them in quick and efficient service.
Our two Redbull orders took 11 minutes. Barista was super sweet but no idea how it took so long.

Best cold coffee in town!
I was here June 20th 2024. I sat in line behind three other cars.. with two cars on the other side of the double-sided Bigfoot Java. As I sat patiently waiting for my turn (10mins) I watch a woman come out of the Bigfoot Java service 2 customers behind me, as a woman of color I just want to know what was the reasoning behind this bad service...? HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BAD SERVICE!!
