the drinks are so inconsistent here, sometimes theyre so sweet and other times super watery. their turnover rate is so bad you see a new employee like everytime you come, also they run out of 24oz cups and charge for the 24oz while giving you the 20oz? using the same amount of syrup so the drink is overlyy sweet. why charge the 24oz and give me the 20oz when you can just put the 24oz in a bigger cup and leave space… coming here is always a gamble i suggest visiting other locations like auburn way S

I went in to make an order today on 11/9 and I waited 25mins only to have to drive away becaue both sides were at a stand still.... I have never received good service here and have always left disappointed and empty handed from this place

This is the closest location to my work and every few months I decide to give it another chance but unfortunately just have bad experiences every time. They are super super slow- took almost twenty minutes. Always make my drink wrong and are always super rude. I have driven away on occasion when I see a certain barista working. Was hoping that over some time this location would improve but that has not happened, therefore decided to leave my input here.
