I came to this location to grab a Italian soda,and this curly haired light skin girl was serving us ,she did not greet us at all and was rude and also had bad service and on top of all that the drink she made us tasted like water it had no flaver and she forgot to give us the water we ordered.!!!

I’ve spent over an hour waiting for drinks this week and had to leave both times because the wait was over 30 minutes for the two times that I tried to get one drink. Literally I’m not sure what’s going on but it was ridiculous.
We came to get a last night drink asked for a green tea frostbite when she handed me the drink it was not the one I asked for, then asked me to try it (really disrespectful) decided to just let it go. She also had another person on the other side of the window who she continued to flirt with very unprofessional. Drink was completely wrong should have not tipped.

Hirer better people with customer service that actually will acknowledge when people pull up!

i ordered a 2 can redbull and verified it was a 2 can and only got a 1 can the girl wasn’t listening to anything being said and made one of the drinks spill. so unprofessional
