The Whopper patty was lukewarm. The cashier rang up my order separately even though I asked for a combo. I ordered dine-in, but the food was served in a paper bag. The dining area was messy, and the staff seemed unfriendly.

So we were in Auburn getting piercings and decided to eat first. We came across a few different places but ended up at Burger King!!!! The linn was sooo long in yhe drive thru that we decided to go inside!! Best decision... Even tho th lobby was full we encountered a wonderful lady named Sol she is a manager here!! Even though she was a bit overwhelmed with all the guess she was so polite, patient, and kept a smile yhe whole time while helping us!!! I love the fact that even though she was slammed she never had an attitude at or with us!!! The build was also clean!! Great job Sol great customer service!!!

If there were an Olympic event for drive-through ghosting, this Burger King would take home the gold.
When we finally gave up and walked inside the employees greeted us with the enthusiasm of Droopy..The vibe was very “We clocked in, but emotionally we’re still at home.”
Then came the value menu— Almost five bucks for items that used to cost pocket change. And the double cheeseburger was the size of a burger slider. This thing could fit in the palm of my youngest child. A couple of ketchup packets could’ve been more filling.
Shame on BK for charging steakhouse prices for snack-sized disappointment.
We won’t be back—ever. The King has officially been dethroned.

I didn't even order. Waited for 10 minutes in the lobby and couldn't take how rude and unpleasant the manager was to the employees. She was blaming them for her mistakes and insulting them. It was unpleasant to listen to.

The manager of this location has been the manager for years.Employees have even said that no one will fire her or let her go.She is supposed to be Facebook famous but has some of the nastiest attitude and work ethics that anyone would ever deal with. I have photos of my food with mold on it. I have had HARD hamburger buns. She does not answer the drive through. Rolls her eyes. Ignores people. I WILL MAKE SURE THE HEALTH BOARD SEES MY PHOTOS AND I WILL DEAL WITH THIS NASTY MANAGER LEGALLY!! THIS ENTIRE LOCATION IS TRASH.. always nasty litter in the lot EVERYTHING about it Including management is FITLTHY ROTTEN DIRTY

No wonder this store is only a 3.5 star rating! Sat in the drive through for 20 min with 1 car in front of me and he was talking to the speaker cause nobody was taking his order?!? So when i went inside to inquire what was going on since I saw plenty of people coming and going from inside the store. The blonde out of shape female had NO customer service. They had a Full staff! She said there are other customers! Lol! Seems like they definitely need some good leadership in that store! Don't waste your time going there!
This is about the only bk in the area that will not allow you to order extra stuff on your burger in the app... I recommend choosing another bk, like the one at the outlet center
