It's a recently remodeled BK. Clean dining room, clean bathroom. Ordered online, came in a few minutes. Tastes like it should - not the best BK, but a decent place to stop.

This is a great fast food joint in Auburn. It's right off the highway off ramp, and not in the middle of auburn way trying to turn into with traffic like the McDonald's and taco bell are unfortunately. So it's a nice quick and easy stop off!

I repeated my order twice to the girl at the register, then we had to go step by step with the order because she needed to slow down to place the order in their system. Still ended up waiting about 10 minutes for my food. The food wasn’t worth the frustration, but it was decent for a BK.

I ordered with cheese on my burgers. Came with no cheese. They said you didn't pay for cheese then charged me 1.52 for two pieces of cheese. In which they were served to me in a Paper container. Just the cheese . Strange because most places would've taken the cold burgers back and put the cheese on them. Yes they were cold. Just wouldn't recommend this particular burger King.

The customer is always right management or any staff taking the orders are not supposed to argue with the customers we are paying we have the right to get our order, Correct and accurate.
I had to repeat myself several times to make sure the cashier was taking the order correctly and understanding what I was ordering from the menu
I’m very sorry, but she cannot speak English or understand what I was trying to say, and the other lady or staff member that was going to give me my order started arguing with me and she called me racist just because I was trying to confirm my order and make sure I get it correctly because unfortunately with the drive-through and fast food, most of the time you always get your order wrong or incomplete as a customer and we do get tired of that
Please do not hire or put to work in the line of customer service employees that cannot communicate. They don’t understand what you’re saying they don’t know how to speak at least basic proper English to be able to perform their job accurately and we always have to deal with it because nobody says anything or ever complains we don’t need to pay for that Service.
The employee that was assisting me tonight taking the order, put her to do something else something that she’s able to do , do not put someone that cannot communicate properly in English to take orders or offer any type of customer service. I expect disciplinary action towards the lady that called me racist that was assisting her as well, just because I had to complain that the lady that was taking orders couldn’t understand what I was saying
Poor customer service, unfortunately, is a reflection of your business and management , if you share a careless attitude towards your service and a neglecting attitude towards the importance of quality service in every restaurant,
Lastly, because of all of this experience and as a customer, just trying to get my order right like anyone else I was denied service and I wasn’t able to buy the meal I needed to by their staff that was supposedly assisting the lady that was taking the orders today

My boyfriend and I were taking a friend to a medical procedure in Auburn, so wr decided to stop by this Burger King for a quick bite and chose to go through their drive through. The service was low grade, at best as well as unprofessional. The young lady that served us was extremely rude and not friendly at all. She literally tossed our bag of food at us through the windows into our car and slammed the window on us before we could ask for condiments or napkins. My boyfriend knocked on the windows several tines and no one came to the window. I honked our horn a couple times thinking maybe they couldn't hear the knocking. The cashier who we could clearly see looked up at us twice and didn't engage us at all. We waved at him and he turned his head. He finally walked up to the window and he was about to walk away when my boyfriend knocked on the window again. He paused for a moment and finally opened the window. We asked him for the condiments and he grabbed a handful of them and gave them to my boyfriend. As we were saying thank you, he closed the window on us mid sentence. As a rule, Burger King is one of our favorite fast food restaurants. This is one that I will NOT revisit.
