I went inside to get some to go. 5:02 and got my food at 5:34 after complaining. Watched other people that ordered after me get there food and leave or sit down and eat. How does management think this is exept able. Wont be going back.

The large heavy heavy set manager here is a complete joke. I ordered four regular whoppers I told him I wanted for regular whoppers. He then kept on repeating what I said.Only this time he said so you want for plain whoppers,right ? Not knowing any better , I said yes and next thing I know I got 4 burgers just patty and burger nothing else. I didn't want to play games anymore.So I wanted a refund and this guy tried to be a tough guy and then chicken it out but never gave me my money back. Pathetic service loser boy

Listen, I live close to this Burger King. I want it to be good but it's just not. They were on the banned list for years for the terrible food quality and sketchy service. I gave them a try again cause I was craving a whopper (nothing better when your craving one). Anyway they did not fail to disappoint first the order was wrong at the drive through; of course I did not check before leaving. Got home it was wrong! I went back talked to Kevin who initially told me they can only fix what is wrong with the order. Ok.. now that I had to come back everything is cold. I asked them to remake the order correctly which they did, even remade correctly it just was not good and I love a great Whopper. It's just this location for the most part. Maybe new ownership and an intervention from corporate is in order. If your spending 36 bucks it should be correct, perfect, hot and fresh.

My only complaint is that I had a difficult time when I tried finding this place for the first time because they're like stowwed away in a seemingly empty corner of the Coastal parking lot. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say.
Parking: There are more than enough parking spots available at any given time of the day. The place is practically surrounded by one giant parking lot.

I’m sitting here in the parking lot eating hot food that tastes like it was just made fresh for me. That’s rare as hell in the fast food market nowadays.
