Myself and a group of retirees have been meeting at Las Margs Cafe every few months for breakfast. Today I had a pancake, sausage, scrambled egg, and the most delicious buttery hash-browns ever! Ms. Garza took our order and brought our order to our table. She was so helpful and sweet! I'll definitely be going back. :)

It's kinda like a cafeteria but the food is good, the service is fast and the most amazing horses are passing constantly. Definitely gotta try. Plenty of room for huge parties.

Used to be awesome...what happened? They only bring food to the tables of horse owners now
I miss the Auburn Seniors tables in the middle.

This place is amazing. I'm now a city boy but was raised small town Texas. This place brought me back to my childhood. The chicken fried steak is amazing. This is the type of place that'll make you want to take your hat off, elbows off the table and I swear I heard my great Aunt Lorraine tell me to finish my plate. Horses are cool too.

I used to come here with my mom, and we loved it. It's still a good place, though. The staff and other patrons are very nice. It is a good place to hang out with friends and family.
I love seeing the horses pass by the windows. I even saw a tiny, albeit, crazy horse whipping around like a tornado. He was very cute and I'm very glad my kneecaps were nowhere near him.
There are only 2 bad things:
We got there when they opened, so we were the first to sit at the table. They really needed to wipe down the tables. *There was dried syrup in a few places along the tablecloth. Rows of tables run about 20 feet.
*I promise you that I do not have a refined pallet, and I'm not a food snob. The food was okay. I did ask for the hashbrowns to be crispy, and they were burnt across the bottom. Also, I love breakfast sausage, but I ended up giving 2 of the 3 links away to a friend. When he tried it, he said, "It's very cheap sausage!"
I agree. It's not good!
We plan to go back and give it another shot.
