The Julius is always a hit! Service was amazing & staff is very friendly. Favorite place to come get A treat.

Do not eat at the dairy queen/ orange julius rude employees and food is unsafe. Whole family got sick from watermelon juliuses and the next day we walked by there my teenagers saw one of the employees eat out of the containers. Nasty place do not go here.

Cold juice with a few chunks of ice blended in. My drink had no smoothie aspect at all. Just a cup of juice. So disappointed!

Got some small juliuses. They were all so watered down I thought I was drinking a le Croix. the owner should probably stop skimping on the mixes or they'll be going out of business.

One of the few places that even have an Orange Julius anymore. If I'm at The Outlet Collection Mall, I will always stop here and grab a drink. My order is always made well, staff could be a little happier, but otherwise no complaints.

Unprofessional and quite disappointing. There were these two guys that was working there that night when my family and friends ordered their desserts. The guy who won't give his name was very unprofessional. My friend ordered something and he had the nerve to say what she ordered was wrong and didn't even offer to correct his mistake. How could my friend order something that she doesn't know about, when she chose the option in their menu and even pointed it out. When they finally called her order she was totally confused to why she received something else. And when she told them this is not her order, the guy insisted and became defensive stating it was and that it wasn't his mistake. He was very unprofessional and kept arguing back with his rude tone of voice saying he didn't do anything wrong and that he doubled check. When I talked to my friend and witnessed the situation, my friend never raised her voice nor argued back. She was just shocked and very disappointed to how could he act this way. We are not the type of people to complain and argue, so we just walked away from this impolite childish worker. Even after asking nicely if they can just remake the correct order . That guy didn't want to remake it and just said no returns . We didn't even touch the food and we just can't believe how this workers work ethics are. Even the Order I purchased was so messy, salty with the bun and meat all over. I ordered the chili hotdog and never again I will have him touch our food it was disgusting that we ended up throwing it away. I would recommended just going next door to Cinnabon or another place instead. The worker definitely makes a lot of difference because it shows how they work and it projects how they make their food.
