Dave & Buster's Auburn - King

Food/drink service can be slow at times because they don't typically have enough staff for the volume of people, however, I can't say anything bad about the employees. They are super friendly and work extremely hard!!

If you have kids, but still want a few minutes to yourself... this could be the perfect place for you! There are screens everywhere, to catch your favorite sport while the kiddos go off to play. Game play is a bit expensive, but not ad bad as some places.

My husband are frequently here!

They were out of all big stuffed animals so I could only get 2 tiny ones and I still have 3,900 tokens leftover ?!

We reserved three tables a week in advance while in town for a volleyball tournament. We showed up five minutes before our reservation time only to find out very rudely that they couldn’t accommodate us because of a Seahawks game. In listening to the hostess talk with the server, we learned that they accidentally gave away our tables.

We were shuffled along to another person who was extremely dismissive and rude (We were friendly and simply trying to find a solution) And told us there’s no way we will be accommodated. A private room was available, however, they did not have enough servers to provide for us according to them. They told us tables would be available after the Seahawks game in a couple hours. We kindly requested that we receive some game cards for our group to play while we waited and we received an emphatic.”ABSOLUTELY NOT” from the store manager.

We’ve been to restaurants before where they’ve made an error and have apologized or worked hard to make it right. But I’ve never experienced a restaurant who messed up and was so rude at the same time.

We ended up calling the nearby red Robin, who did an outstanding job of working to accommodate our groups together.

I emailed the gentle manager, and, of course, never received a response. This will be our last Visit to thisDave & Buster’s.

Food was just alright. Nothing overly delicious. Don't go if you don't like loud noises and music. It's definitely a family fun night. Tons of games.

I went on a Friday evening and made reservations. It wasn't packed full of people and our server was nice. The food took almost an hour to get to us though, then it wasn't even that good and very expensive! Next time I will just go for the games.

Walked into Dave & Buster’s and immediately got sent in circles. The front desk told me to use a machine to pay, then said the machine was broken and to find a server. The bar said I could get a player’s card—but only if I was sitting down. No one seemed on the same page. Poor reminder that bad communication can ruin a simple experience fast.

Our waiter was amazing. His name is Pehrlys and he is awesome! He made sure we had everything we needed.
