I think the name has changed to Sin Pancho. Ended up here by mistake. Lyft driver was lost, we were hungry, and stopped here.It had an authentic atmosphere and the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered the birria plate and it was delicious. They served it with hot sauce on the side that was so hot, my tongue was numbed. Still...that wore off after a bit and the food was delicious. Had the flan for dessert and it was the perfect density, thick and creamy. I don't know that I will ever be in Washington again, but if so, I would definitely come back.

The food is good, service not good also you have to wait soooo long for your food and you are the only person there. They waitress not kind, looked like she didn't even want to be there. She put down the plate and pushed the plate I thought it was going to fall. Food ok but everything else I wasn't happy about.

We've been here several times, even before it was El Alazan, the food is always pretty good (nothing amazing, but not bad at all), restaurant is relatively clean, and the service is friendly. The only negative I would have about this place is that most times I have been to El Alazan the service/food is incredibly slow. When we go for lunch it is common to be one of the only tables in the restaurant and still have service for three people take up to an hour and a half.

Awful tacos , they have no idea about tacos ...... It's better to go to Taco Bell seriously

Go here! Super good food, family owned, pool table and bar in one area. Comfy booths in the other. Great service.

Last year, it didnt seem the old owners cared about service or food so I wasn't planning on coming back but I saw the name change and met the new owners. What a difference, great customer service! The chile rellenos, yum! I stop in at least once a week now til I try everything on the menu!

I was deep in north Auburn running errands, while nursing a Saturday afternoon hangover. I stopped in for a michalada, shrimp cocktail, and a ceviche tostada. The cook was a sweet heart and put some extra lovin in the cocktail de cameron for me. It was delicious, as was my drink. The ceviche had a delicious creamy sauce on it. The food was way more original than the standard canned refried bean, greasy rice slathered in greasy cheese and taco bell-ish tacos that are so common in other Auburn area restaurants. The service was very friendly. The food going out to the other tables looked tasty as well. I will definitely go back soon and test out the chile relleno asada burrito mmmmmmm.

Went in on Sat Jan 28th for lunch with my son. All I can say is WOW, the food was great. We had Chips & Salsa, Tortilla Soup, the Chicken Tacos plate, and a Ceviche Tostada plus I had a Super Cold Dos Equis beer on tap. The food had excellent flavors and the portion sizes were perfect. Alicia was our server and she took great care of us. I look forward to returning and trying some thing different. Definately a great place to eat, way above a normal mexican food restaurant.

We ate here last week with a certificate. I'd eaten here before when it was Chihuahua's and hadn't been too pleased. I thought the prices were too high. This time was different, it was great! The host was glad to accept our certificate and sat us immediately. We ordered the house margaritas which weren't good...no alcohol to speak of. However, the food was really good! The chips came with salsa and beans...I like that. I ordered the combination plate with a chicken enchilada and a chile relleno. The chicken was tender and the chile relleno was the best I've had in the area...great sauce and not overly cheesy. My husband ordered the mini carnitas tacos and really enjoyed them. Our portions were large, enough for another meal and the flavors were wonderful. My only complaint was the drinks, but I was conscious we were using a certificate and didn't say anything...next time I would. I will definitely eat here again.
