Emerald City Smoothie

Done with this auburn location. Rude service and never seem to make the drinks right compared to any other location I’ve been to. If I knew everyone else in the ratings felt the same, I would’ve given the workers just as much attitude back.

Ok Auburn Emerald, we’re unfortunately done with this location. We get ECS about once a week from various locations and if you have the ability, choose Kent or Fife locations over this one without a doubt. Service and drinks are MUCH better at the other locations, this one is staffed with bad attitudes and somehow the same drinks turn out sour and do not taste fresh.

Today we ordered a drink we’ve gotten elsewhere multiple times and it did NOT taste right, almost foul like the fruit was bad. The 2 girls were not great on smiles and service from the start but of course when we decided to walk back in to switch out a drink because of the not-right taste, she snaps that it’s a sour drink and supposed to taste that way. She says she can’t make a new drink instead and can just add another thing to maybe make it taste better…. I’m not sure of any other establishment that wouldn’t try to please a customer with a different product or option. The two girls walked away and whispered to each other as they added something else in and then handed it back. We’ve never had an issue quite as bad as today but we’re done with Auburn. 👋

Great service. Delicious smoothie. Got the berry berry. Drink was a dollar more than I wanted to spend but I enjoyed it.

False advertisement! I was over charged for my smoothie. Prices are not as advertised. Also, the smoothie was mediocre, at best.

Employee is rude and didn't even greet people or repeat their order. Got my usual it did not taste like my usual and asked for something else refused. I'm sure it didn't have greens like I paid for. Worst service matches the ghetto auburn vibes. I was a regular.

Went on Sunday around 516/530pm, Got the Nutty Banana, Zone Zinger and a Fruity 3rd one, can’t remember the name. The Nutty Banana (0/10) and the other Fruity one (0/10) taste like straight water and is very soupy. The Zone Zinger taste like a zone zinger with a hint of water, no sweetness. I originally went for an açaí bowl because you can’t go wrong with that and come to find out they aren’t even selling them. For 25$ that’s upsetting because i enjoy Emerald City Smoothies, this was a DUDD. 2/10 overall because the ostrich sticks was good and because it smelt like waffles in there

Came in yesterday and right off the bat the girls were a bit rude , I ordered tropical sunrise and I felt something hard hit the back of my throat , I spit it out and it was a fly. I am absolutely disgusted.

The two girls working Monday 10/9 @3:30 PM have no customer service. After not getting greeted when walking in or at the counter, one of our smoothies were made wrong, with no peanut butter. When we asked them to remake the smoothie, they dumped it back in the blender & added peanut butter. Mind you we already drank off the smoothie. Very unsanitary.

Points seem to disappear when you shop at this store. I've had two free smoothies disappear from my rewards account after shopping here.
