Nyala is the best barista! She’s always quick and kind even remembers my order every time. All the ladies at this stand do a great job and have fantastic customer service skills. Espresso stop is always my go to place for all my caffeine needs! They also have great snacks!!

I can't say enough about this coffee stand! I have only had good experiences coming here and the coffee is always good! One staff member completely STANDS OUT and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Loyala is AMAZING! I had the pleasure of meeting her one time prior to today! We had a small conversation and she made a great coffee! Fast forward to today(months later) I drive up, and to my amazement she not only remembered me, but she remembered MY DRINK! I mean, the entire thing! ❤️😊 That truly meant so much to me! That is literally impressive and the definition of GREAT customer service! She literally made my day! Thank you Loyala!!

I live in the apartments right behind the Espresso Stop and I like to walk down here before and/or after school to get myself an iced mocha. The coffee itself is great and all of the baristas are extremely nice! Food is a little pricey but I love the blueberry muffins :)

Been a loyal customer for a very long time, use to go to this location at least 4 times a week. This establishment use to have a great manager that worked at the location and employees that provided great service and coffee. Unfortunately most of them moved on and now its filled with employees that are not welcoming and coffee is a hit and miss. With the price increase I would expect a quality service and product. I also expressed my concerns on their web site but they never bothered to answer back. With many other competitive coffee stands in Auburn, I rather take my business to them

Tried to stop in on Sunday and waited 10 minutes at the window to be served. They had a sign up that said Be right back but no one showed up. Two people should definitely be working this location so the stand is left unattended.

Just moved to Auburn and decided to try this place today for the first time. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged when I first pulled up. I had to be the one to say hello. My coffee was okay. Poor customer service. Will not return.
