Used to like getting drinks here. Ordered my usual matcha tea. Normally it's green, and if he put matcha in the drink, it was barely a sprinkle. I've never had one so white. Doubt I'll be back.
I always go here when I’m at the Outlet Collection. It’s so good and the wait is super short. I would recommend ordering online though to avoid the line there.
The quality went so bad that it was the last time for us. The taste wasn't good at all. The aftertaste was horrible. The girl behind the counter looked like she wished she wasn't there. Shame.

Worst boba I’ve ever had. The mango and Tapioca are not good.

I got the Pink Drink (basically supposed to be strawberry milk) and I do NOT recommend. I’ve been to many boba places but none have been this bad. The strawberries and milk were chunky and the boba was very mushy, almost flavorless. I’ve had better-tasting strawberry yogurt than this, it was not sweet at all. Only reason I rate it 2 stars is because the service was decent

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile and eventually did today. They only have kiosk self-pay machines. Went to the machine and it was not working. I asked the girl behind the counter to help and her response was " this machine has been having issues all day, go to the other machine". So I go to the other machine and line up again. That machine was also not working and the guy in front of me was having issues with his order. The staff acted annoy and dismissive when you ask for help with their kiosks, when BOTH MACHINES ARE NOT WORKING. I ask the guy staff why I have to wait 15 minutes before they will help me with their machines. His reply was "I was busy". Uhhh, there was only 2 drinks ahead of mine and 3 staffs at the back and I have to wait for 15 minutes for you to help me? How does that even make sense???? So you guys are "too busy" to help your customer???? This will be my first and last time coming here. THEIR STAFFS JUST DON'T CARE.

Great place and tasty drinks. Location is hard to get to and Doordash doesn't have their full menu so I can't have one if my go-tos without

A great local business with the fun gimmick of serving your teas and drinks in glow up lightbulbs. Not once have I encountered poor service at this location, nor subpar drinks. The smoothies are great, as are the Boba options. The price can be a slightly high, but considering the quality of the drinks and the fact you can refill the lightbulb at a discount, it can actually become rather affordable if you plan on returning, something I highly recommend doing!

Small cute stand, I ended up getting the bulb for the cup. It has lights at the bottom, but unfortunately it's pretty pricey ($5), so pretty much doubles your drink price. Though, apparently you can take the thing back and ask for a refill for less.* You take an order at a screen, which was fine, but there were no options for sweetness or ice**, only what toppings you'd like or snacks on the side. Which the ice was fine, since it was crushed and in a small amount, but I wished I could've adjusted the sweetness. Also... For a menu tab called "boba milk tea", I would've expected that the drink I got already included boba and you wouldn't have to pay more for the topping, but I guess not. Anyways, service wasn't great***, but it's what you'd expect from teenagers working for some hours. Overall, experience was alright.Edit: *Went back, and the refill menu is right next to the order counter, where you're supposed to get the refills. **Turns out you can adjust sweetness and ice amount at the counter, and ***service this time was actually really good! Charming and helpful people. Definitely recommend going there, and maybe it's because it's different people or because it's an earlier shift, but the people there are very nice!

The light bulb idea is hilarious and cute. The boba itself was good. I got the Thai tea and it wasn't the best, but it was good. Just be warned that this place is a little pricey for a boba milk tea place, especially if you get the light bulb version. Would recommend to at least check it out.

Bought the Passion fruit Glow tea at the Puyallup State Fair and was extremely disappointed. The price of the smallest size option was nearly $20It wasn't filled all the way, had no sugar at all, I did order both the boba and lychee toppings and didn't say if they were extra or not and it was still bitter.Customer service wasn't rude but they definitely weren't happy to be there. It's been a week now, and I did take home the cute little lightbulb they give you.I figured that's why the name Glow tea, no in fact a week after the fair we realized there is a little switch on the bottom to turn on the lights and make it glow pretty colors, it's really bright too! Super cool, it would have been awesome to use it too had we known. The novelty of it was cool, but I don't plan to buy again when it didn't take good at all.
