Very good customer service! They were very willing to answer any questions I had about the food and gave great detail on what the food would taste like. My food was fresh and they even gave me a cute bag to keep it warm while I walked around the fair.
A great local business with the fun gimmick of serving your teas and drinks in glow up lightbulbs. Not once have I encountered poor service at this location, nor subpar drinks. The smoothies are great, as are the Boba options.The price can be a slightly high, but considering the quality of the drinks and the fact you can refill the lightbulb at a discount, it can actually become rather affordable if you plan on returning, something I highly recommend doing!
The tapioca pearls were perfect and chewy, the lychee was tasty, the passion fruit tea was perfectly sweet and even had the seeds!!!
They had a self order kiosk section that was super convenient and when you did interact with witht the employees it was short and sweet.
And they turned on the lights when they handed it out to make sure people saw the glow!!
