Stood outside for 15 minutes as a walk up at 7:00am worker kept ignoring me. Lost a consumer never coming back again

This place is usually pretty good. I go here probably about once a week and the staff are very friendly. Always happy to help. Today, Thursday, I got here around 7PM, like 7:12PM and I walked up to get a hot chocolate for the ride home but I didn't initially see anyone inside but saw the open sign was on so I knocked on the window. I ended up seeing someone inside playing on their phone but they never came to the window. Guess no hot chocolate today.
Great coffee and really friendly baristas. Glad to have an option that isn’t Starbucks for a long weekend of basketball
