They describe their menu for 4 stack and when they served it out it’s only 2 stack. I didn’t want to reorder it because it takes forever to make 2 pancakes. Ended up paying for something that I didn’t like and ended up eating the grill sandwich. Worst experience ever

Reliable. Reasonable. Good menu size. I never leave disappointed. This location is not corporate owned. So they do not always have the specials that you see on the TV ads. But if you ask for them they generally honor the specials. They get fairly busy at lunch time. I really like thier onion rings.

IHOP is a favorite restaurant to eat at when we travel. They are consistent in every location. Good fun. Fun syrup options. Lots of meal options all good. Dessert options, yummy. The waitstaff and cooks are welcoming and obliging to changes and challenges of persnickity eaters and difficult food orders. Always family friendly. Very accommodating.

As soon as we walked in it smelled like straight diarrhea. I wish I was lying. We thought mabye someone just may have smelled but it never went away the whole time we were in there waiting to be seated. Hahaha it was so bad we decided to leave asap. Idk what's going on in their but yall need some air fresheners and to clean that place, And clean the carpets. Nowhere that's not a restroom should smell that bad 🤣 0/10 don't recommend if you have a sensitivity to smells

Service was terrible. Had to tell the waitress several times what I was ordering. When she finally brought my food, it was only half of what I ordered. The food was cold.
Ordered on the app, went to pick it up and waited for over 30 minutes to get a small kids meal. The only thing that was said to me is it'll be ready in just a minute. Completely not happy or satisfied with the customer service here since this is the second time I've had an issue picking up my app order.

Went in there this morning with my children to eat and tip very well but unfortunately we had to walk out because of a skinny little white man who look like he was about 15 who gave us terrible attitude and terrible customer service because I brought my stroller with me and he apparently didn't know where to put a stroller even though it could fit several places and it wasn't a big deal. He made it a big deal and was exceptionally rude to me and my children in front of everybody and I will never ever come back to this location and spend my good money
