Spent almost 70$ on fast food, it was old and lukewarm. Should have asked for fresh but didn’t think I needed to since back home in Pasco Wa the food is always fresh.

The restaurant itself is fine but if you order through the mobile app your food will get stolen every single time. Nearly impossible to get a refund. It tells you to contact the store you tried to do so and their phone is off the hook or just Rings endlessly for days. I ordered twice within the app within a year and both times I never got my food. No refund no nothing.

I had an issue with an online order, I used the app to order and went to the drive thru, they said that I have to come inside to get my food but I said I don’t want to leave my car. At first the young lady insisted I go inside in the lobby to pick up my meal and I said I don’t want to leave my car. She kind of gave me an attitude and said why am I making this difficult and at that point I just wanted to cancel my online order. The other guy said I have to go because there’s someone behind me and I asked him if he can bring the food in my car and he said yes. That would have worked better instead of the employees asking me to go inside. There’s a reason I choose the drive tru to begin with. Employees should be trained to offer bringing the food to my vehicle if the order is going to take a while instead of telling the customer to go inside and wait. I feel like they got my order wrong or didn’t provide the right straw for my bubble tea.

So expensive for pretty garbage food. We don’t have Jack in the box in canada so was looking forward to trying something new, but it was pretty bad. I wouldn’t go back!

Vegetarian options: I recommend asking for "halfzies" fries if you are going to order French fries 🍟. Then your order of fries we will come with them as half seasoned curly fries & the other half will be regular French fries! Best of both fry worlds. Then obviously use the world famous Jack in the Box buttermilk ranch dipping sauce.
