Kayla at the Location near The Outlet Collection in Auburn did an amazing job greeting, serving, and making every sandwich with a great attitude while I was getting my lunch today. She was on the line pretty much all alone, and whipped out 9 sandwiches (4 of them giant subs) in the short time I was in line. I hope she is working every time I come back, because she does a great job!👍

Placed my order at 11:50am to be ready for pick up at 1pm. Showed up at 1 and my order wasn't ready. To top it off my buffalo chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce. Called ahead to let them know I was coming back. My replacement was covered in gristle. The manager came up asking what was wrong and I said it was covered in dirt from the grill because they didn't know what gristle was and asked the manager if they would eat what they gave me and their response was they would remake it. It took 3 tries to make one wrap. The one off kent kangley is way better. I see the owner really only replies to positive reviews but if it's negative pit seems they give a generic email address to reach out to which I'm guessing goes straight to their junk mail account and there is no resolution.

I love Jersey Mike's, but my last order was not done correctly. I but a complaint in with the corporate office but never heard anything back. Not sure they care anymore.

Love the sandos here. Came in on a business trip for a quick bite. They were very busy when we came in but were working like a well oiled machine. They had their A team on and it was an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely wowed with my experience here. When I arrived it was very busy. The service was top notch. Everyone working was engaging and attentive to every guest. My sandwich was delicious by all standards.
They had their A team on and it showed.
I was visiting from Canada and all I can say is I was super impressed with the standard they were operating at.

Arguably the best experience at a QSR I have ever had in my life. I am part of a growing concept myself and we pride ourselves on high standards.
To be fair they did have there best players on that day but who cares. The hospitality and food was that of the highest level. The communication from the staff to the overall feeling. The CEO and founders would be proud of Justin and his team. Its good knowing there is people who truly care out here. Thank you

I don’t know who’s supervising this store this the third time I’m getting my order wrong all the time is specified the ingredients I want in my sandwich on the app when I arrived home the ingredients what I asked are not there they need to start reading better the mail receipt order better

ANTS. Last time I was in this store there were ants on the counter near the soda fountains. Went in today, got a sandwich, drink and chips. After finishing my drink I opened the lid to eat an ice cube, found 2 dead ants in the cup. They weren't in the cup when it was given to me. I suspect they were on the bottom side of the lid when I took it from the lid dispenser. When I called to notify the manager, she stated they were aware of the problem and were sorry... if it were my store, I'd relocate the storage of the lids. I won't be back to this location.
