Not there for atmosphere! I've never actually eaten in. But if you want a great sub sandwich, you came to the right place. All meats are sliced to order. The veggies are fresh and crisp. IMHO, the best commercial sub on the market!

I tried curbside today and didn't work out no one came out to my car even when I tipped but the sandwich was good so I'll try it again and hopefully they will bring it out curbside next time.

I honestly have no idea how to explain what I just experienced here but I'm pretty sure the two girls working are high as kites and forgot they're actually at work. I've never seen anyone stare at someone for minutes at a time without acknowledging them or taking their order. I finally had to ask if they were open to which one of them went into the back and the other kept folding bags. I just left, felt like a bad dream or something.

Kayla at the Location near The Outlet Collection in Auburn did an amazing job greeting, serving, and making every sandwich with a great attitude while I was getting my lunch today. She was on the line pretty much all alone, and whipped out 9 sandwiches (4 of them giant subs) in the short time I was in line. I hope she is working every time I come back, because she does a great job!👍

Placed my order at 11:50am to be ready for pick up at 1pm. Showed up at 1 and my order wasn't ready. To top it off my buffalo chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce. Called ahead to let them know I was coming back. My replacement was covered in gristle. The manager came up asking what was wrong and I said it was covered in dirt from the grill because they didn't know what gristle was and asked the manager if they would eat what they gave me and their response was they would remake it. It took 3 tries to make one wrap. The one off kent kangley is way better. I see the owner really only replies to positive reviews but if it's negative pit seems they give a generic email address to reach out to which I'm guessing goes straight to their junk mail account and there is no resolution.

I love Jersey Mike's, but my last order was not done correctly. I but a complaint in with the corporate office but never heard anything back. Not sure they care anymore.
Love the sandos here. Came in on a business trip for a quick bite. They were very busy when we came in but were working like a well oiled machine. They had their A team on and it was an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely wowed with my experience here. When I arrived it was very busy. The service was top notch. Everyone working was engaging and attentive to every guest. My sandwich was delicious by all standards.
They had their A team on and it showed.
