Currently waiting to pick up a door dash order. Been sitting here waiting for over 10min. I walked in, and no one picked my ticket. I was the only one in store. The workers were talking in the back. They eventually come up tells me it’ll be 3min. A guy comes in after me and they start preparing this guys order before mine, and another online order that was there before my order. They took so long to make it, I had to go and ask again. They told me I was early and they’ll get on it, and still took forever to eventually make it. Extremely disappointing service, would highly recommend NOT going to this Jersey Mikes. Whoever’s working 1/27/24 at 6pm needs to be fired.

I placed an order online and it said I would receive my order in 25-30 mins. An hour later my meal arrived at my door, I opened the bag to find my entire order was wrong and the can of soda I had ordered was smashed. I tried to call the store multiple times but the phone didn't work. I then drove to the location, it was about 15 mins before they closed since it took an hour for my food to arrive. I walk in with my bag and tell the guy my whole order is wrong, he says they didn't have the chips I ordered and no way of calling me so they just threw some in the bag, not a big problem. He then got a bit of an attitude after I told him my soda can was smashed and grabbed my sandwich saying well what's wrong with this. I told him it was beef and I ordered chicken, he takes the sandwich, opens it up and looks at it. As he's checking the food the girl at the counter screams no it's not, I made it with chicken. He tells he it's clearly beef and she argued with him while STICKING HER BARE FINGERS all inside the sandwich. The guy then grabs the sandwich and tells me he can't make another one because he's out of bread, seriously more like he just didn't want to make another sandwich. He tells the girl to issue me a refund, which she complained about but did, she also gave me a card for a future sandwich. He told me I could grab a new drink and I asked if I could just replace the chips and he said fine. When I went to grab a drink, I noticed that all the cans of soda in the fridge were smashed the same way mine was, how do you not notice that.Horrible experience and was already upset it took an hour instead of the 30 mins I was told. To top it off I told them they may want to look into their phones not working and the guy said well we haven't had phone calls since 8, I wonder why. Don't waist your time here, they don't have product, the stuff they do have is defective, you can't order much online, and they basically threw a fit when I told them I couldn't eat my sandwich bc it was the wrong meat, first and last time ordering from this location. Giving two stars bc they gave me a refund but I had to find another place to get food at 9pm when most places are closed.

When I pay $21.00 for one of your sandwiches, it shouldn't be too much to ask for all the listed ingredients to be on the sandwich. Zero peppers and 5 little mushrooms on the Portabella. 2nd and last time supporting your business ??

Well I get here at about 8:50pm which they don't close until 9pm doors are still unlocked and open. I go to order but she came out looking high as hell saying they are closed and they closed early today.

I was having some trouble with my card but Mackenzie took initiative and helped me solve the problem. Great customer service from her and the rest of the staff. Thank you for your kindness and patience. Definitely a place to come and eat.

Just left the Auburn, Wa spot. Neither of the sandwiches I ordered was correct.Ordered #13 recieved ham and cheese.Ordered a Club Sub there was no ham or bacon.Realized I wasn't given a receipt either.I tried calling, as soon as I got home no one answered.

as a former employee of a Jersey Mikes, this location is so below standard. It is outrages. I do online orders, to help with my little lunch time. every single time I come in. my order is never ready. today I came in for my order, I had the pick up time be 10:15. when I came in at 10:10 my order wasn't started and when I showed up. the lady stated that it wasn't suppose to be ready until 10:22. just very rude remarks were made and just not a place I will continue to use.

My sandwich was missing the onions, olives and mustard I had ordered it with and was also super salty (even though I had unchecked the 'salt' option). It did have a good amount of turkey on it though which was cool.

I went in there, ordered a cup supreme. Regular $20 for extra meat, extra cheese, extra bacon. And it looked exactly the same as a regular one. With no extra worst experience ever won't ever eat there again... What a rip

Went to this place over the weekend got a giant size club sandwich first time at jersey mikes in quite awhile unfortunately bread was hard as a rock luckily I was at home when I tried to eat it had to make up a can of soup and dip sandwich in it each bite made it edible but would have rather tasted the sandwich the way it was ordered thanks ladys

All my on-line orders have been done right, ready on time and they got the extras correct for every write in I've made. The prices are fair and the food is delicious with enough of everything on your sub to fill you up.

I have Jersey Mike tubs to maintain a low carb keto diet. They're great for that(I've lost 47 lbs in 6 months) The store was very busy with one person on break and a ton of people came in. I ordered using the app thinking it would be more efficient. The shift leader spotted me and asked if I was there to pick up an order. I said yes and she pulled the receipts of about 10 orders that were in before mine. More people walked in. I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes.
