This was probably the nicest Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. Most times I have gone to one of their establishments the staff usually acts annoyed that someone has come in and the atmosphere is usually very lax. Not the case with this location. Immediately when I walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful and got me my online order immediately. The restaurant was also very clean and well kept.

Just spent 31 dollars for a giant sub and definitely will not be finishing it. The roast beef taste like its EXPIRED or just not fresh. Definitely off putting taste that isn't right. Kinda letting me down considering I've always liked jj in the past. Well thats 31 dollars wasted.

Your Monday night crew has TERRIBLE customer service skills. Extremely rude and did not want to answer simple questions. The entire interaction over the intercom was extremely rude. I honestly should have recorded the interaction and posted it online because it was unbelievable.

The amount of meat on my sandwich the last two visits was such a small amount I won’t ever eat here again. It went from stuffed with meat to 2 thin slices. Spent 39 dollars and I was so disappointed. Never again. I’m done.
Worst customer service ever. Rude employees who can’t be bothered. Went tonight, had to go thru drive thru cause lobby was closed. Super rude on intercom. Threw our bag at us without saying a word and didn’t get our drink.
