They're always out of chili, I've come several times and I cant order anything with chili because they're out.
Kiayah was our server and she was stellar! Food is a tad pricey but large quantity and fast service.

Average mall eatery experience...."nothing to write home about". $67 for a simple lunch (2 adults and 2 kids) is steep for an "old fashion diner".

It was a hopeless customer service. Went there with kids on a Sunday. Was standing there for almost 15mins and workers inside were just talking to eachother and showing phones and saying to us will be right with you and 15mins passed and no one came
Great food and service. First time. I also loved they had a delicious veggie burger. Added cheddar cheese to mine and it made it! Reminds me of burgers in California where I grew up.

The service is phenomenal!! It was really busy, that didn’t deter the staff from being friendly and smiling often. I would definitely recommend this location!!

I haven't eaten at a Johnny Rockets in 10 years. I had chili cheese fries and a burger. Just as delicious as I remember. The service was great. The place itself was looking a little old, just needs a freshening up. I will definitely be coming back.

NO PEANUTBUTTER MILKSHAKES!!!
I drove 3 hours to buy a PEANUTBUTTER MILKSHAKES and was told they no longer sell it at this location. I'm sorry but you deserve a 3 star until you fix this problem. 10/10 for service though

Amazingly nice people working here, foods hot & delicious! They even split and served our selection for us! Gave us smiley faces on our ketchup plates!! Highly recommend!
