It has been a while since I have eaten in a Johnny Rockets. The onion rings was a big portion and crispy, The Bacon Cheese burger was good and the veggies fresh and crisp. The service was good and fast.If I was judging this just by the food and service it would have had a 5 star rating no doubt about it. My issue is how does an order of one Bacon Cheese Burger, One order of Onion Rings and a Soda Drink comes to a total of $31 + a 20% Expected Tip bringing the Grand Total to almost $37.Again I love this place but at $37 I would be expecting a Gourmet Burger with twice the amount of meet compared to the one served today, served in a Gourmet location / Superior atmosphere rather than an average sit in dinner located in a mall. The food was good the service was great but not enough to justify the expense of $37 for a single meal.

Super friendly staff and great food as always, the atmosphere here is slightly ruined due to being in a mall versus the one in the Kent outdoor mall. Otherwise it's an amazing experience!

Service was good. Food was overpriced and not very good. The jukebox at our table didn't work and took up a third of our eating space. Floor kinda makes you dizzy. Wont be back.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. One order of french fries is more than enough for two people to share. Food was made quickly and arrived hot. Overall the food was as expected from Johnny Rockets. However, this location is feeling a little tired and needs some updates.

Amazing food and sweet servers. Although the place does seem to be losing the 50s vibe, it's just not as homey anymore.

Johnny Rockets used to be such an experience. Oldies playing. Waiters singing. Now they give you chaotic service and unripe tomatoes and onion rings with too much cornmeal and over fried to where they are barely chewable. The waitress was nice, but other than that... not impressed. I wish it would go back to how it used to be, you can tell the quality is effecting it terribly.

Horrible experience at this facility. Not only were they out of the daiya cheese for vegans they are a nut-free facility meaning that they cannot serve the vegan shakes if you are vegan do NOT come here go to Kent station instead instead. We did not stay to eat and will not be back. They were very nice about it but they could do nothing to help us so

They serve a burger the size of a Whopper Jr, and charge 15 bucks for it... I might be okay with that if the burger was phenomenal, but it tasted like a frozen patty very little flavor just a sad excuse for a burger. The service was okay but it was also pretty slow, it was dirty in the restaurant, and even the atmosphere kind of sucked. Couldn't play any music which is one of the things that I used to enjoy about Johnny rockets. You can select songs but there was nothing playing.A small redeeming factor, was it they serve tater tots. But even those were overcooked they weren't crispy they were crunchy.Spend your money elsewhere, there are so many better choices.

It has been years since I have eaten at this chain, so when we seen it at the mall, I wanted to try it again. The place was busy and very understaffed. Even so, the service was great and our waiter was really working hard to take of us and all of his tables.I really didn't remember the food being anything special, and pleasantly surprised when we started eating. It was fresh meat and very fresh veggies on the burger. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but absolutely solid and tasted great. My enjoyed her burger and the chicken fingers were average. We all loved the shakes and the French fries were crispy.Next time we're in the mall we will absolutely consider eating here again.

We had lunch at the Johnny Rocket's at the mall in Auburn. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so service should be good, and it was. The two guys working there did all they could to ensure we had a great lunch. We both ordered the Johnny Rocket Original burger and an order of fries to share. Something we have never had done, they brought the fries as soon as they were out of the fryer so we could enjoy them while we waited for our hot off the grill burgers. The fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We were surprised at the size of the burgers. We added extra pickles to the burger. The ingredients were fresh with lots of them, and they were great burgers along with the wonder fries. We will visit again the next time we are in Auburn.

Johnny Rockets was founded in Los Angeles in 1986 and has the classic diner interior decor with booths, red chairs, and jukeboxes on the tables. This location is at the Outlet Collection Mall in Auburn across from the Dave & Buster's. We came here for lunch and although a host wasn't there to greet us, we sat ourselves at a table and a server came and took our order. It took a while for us to order but we could tell they were short-staffed so we understood and fortunately we weren't in a rush.I ordered the rocket single burger ($11.95) and we got the chili cheese fries ($6.95) and requested bacon on top to share. The burger was just okay; it came with the typical burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, onions) but the burger patty was a little underseasoned. On the other hand, the fries were delicious! You can't really go wrong with chili, cheese, and bacon over french fries but they hit the spot. The portions were also pretty good too.It got busier as we ate our meal, but our host still came by often to check up on us and was very nice.
