This store has improved remarkably under Jeremiah’s leadership as general manager. The team is warm and attentive, always making returning customers feel valued and remembered.

I don't understand how management goes through their staff so quickly. Every time I come here there is a whole new crew working the store. I've also purchased a stuffed crust a few times while receiving a regular. So attention to detail is a little lacking. Can't fault the workers though. Better training and even better management would do wonders to this place.
Small but fast. Parking 8s very limited so you may have to squeeze in or circle a few times

The service is not great.
Store Manager dropped my pizza on the ground in front of me which had damaged the box. He told me he would bring me the pizza and when I got home I noticed he gave me the pizza that had fallen on the ground. This is a total food safety risk do not go to this location. To make things worse. He had forgotten me outside for about 35 minutes long enough to make me a fresh pizza. When I came in he noticed he had forgotten and proceeded to try to give me a bunch of free stuff. I asked for a refund which he denied and said he would give me free pizza tomorrow. When I got home I realized both pizzas look cold and old and was damaged on top and the box was damaged from the guy trying to catch the pizza.
Most dysfunctional Little Cesar's ever.
Place closes at 1000. Got there shortly after 900, not my usual place. Parking is wonky.
Myself and another customer coming in started waiting by the cash register for someone to assist. Two other customer were already waiting for their order. We all silently stood there for a while as the employees we could see were cleaning. Eventually a previously unseen older man appeared at the cash register, with his most notable feature a fairly decent impression of Ice Cube's famous mean mugging expression. The customer ahead of me came to pick up an online order. The older man ran back and forth the tiny store for a moment but paused to take the time to unprofessionally and very loudly berate another employee. Apparently that poor soul needs to be told "every single night" that "this is not a dance club." He then returned to the front to report that the order is not "ready." You know we could hear you.... He looked at me and I start saying what I came for, but the man got distracted and tried instead to find the order of one the customers already waiting when we got there. Repeat the running through the store. He did "find" the pizza on a table after running past it at least three times. Sadly she had also ordered cheese bread and it was not yet started. An attempt of substituting, initiated by the customer, failed. Her pizza went back on the table, as the man turned his attention to the other already present customer. After a shorter attempt to locate this individual's pizza, that order turned out incorrect and customer did not want whatever the older man offered that was ready, let's make them both Hawaiian. Alas, customer's brother cannot eat pork. Back to waiting here as well.
Now the man returns to me with a heavily grease stained box containing a regular pepperoni pizza. Apparently that was all I could get because I was way out of line ordering a deep dish "you want us to make a pizza for you?" (the place closes at 10 pm). I wanted pizza so I was even going to take it, but the price for a who knows how old pizza I did not really want was unexpectedly close to the price of a fresh pizza I wanted, so I paused. The older man was deeply offended by this. He huffed in my direction that it is "my" president's fault that this was happening, so did I want it or not? I was perplexed as to where this comment came from. He said it was because it is for sure not his president.... Alright then.
Somehow the man's repeated wishes for me to have a good night, yelled across the store as he stormed off yet again, sounded far from genuine... Almost like, I don't know, oh yeah, VERY angry. Yes, I am going to have a good night. Somebody has to. It is clearly not him or the other employees...
And so I left, the same customers still waiting. One waiting for his order to be redone/made right, one waiting for his not yet started online order, and one waiting for the rest of her order while the other part was surely cold (the older man put it back on the table, not in the warming oven).
Moral of this story: Do yourself a favor and drive to the next Little Cesar's. Or maybe a franchise just a touch more invested into their hiring and customer service? You might actually get the pizza you came for.
