Staff was great. I will not order the fish and chips again. I don't care for the breading. The clam chowder was good. I ordered the coconut cream pie as to go. For $9 it was very small and not worth the price. Many items on the menu are very good but this meal could have been a lot better. One of our party ordered the Huckleberry desert and loved it!

Highly recommend Muckleshoot Casino's “Market 253 Seafood House & Raw Bar” for anyone who appreciates flavorful food. We had the Crab Crusted Sirloin and the Miso-Glazed Salmon. It was obvious quality and presentation were the restaurant's top priority; food was delish, service was great, too and our overall dining experience reflected that. Something to keep in mind - the pace of service is more leisurely, which might not be ideal for guests who are in a rush to get back to the casino floor. But if you have the time to relax and enjoy, it's absolutely worth the wait.

Everything went very smoothly. Our waitress was great! The food tasted delicious and I can't wait to return.

The shrimp and clams were from frozen and uninspired. The French fries were bad and tasteless. I should have had the Ruben.

I ordered clam strips, shrimp with French fries. The seafood was good, the fries were not. The server said they were hand made which was fine but the cook on them was not. My husband got lobster ravioli which he said was way too salty. The service was hit and miss

Recently the 253 underwent a menu and design change, with particular emphasis on the raw and seafood bar. We went into dine on night three they said post reopening and that should have been our first sign. We had reservations at 7pm, and it wasn't until 7:15 that our server came by to take our drink order. Drinks didn't come for another 15 min, and we did an app order at the same time, which came out around 40 minutes after we had sat down. Our group got a mix of seafood pastas and sandwiches, and we're overall underwhelmed across the board, especially at the plate per price. The seafoood meat on the pasta seemed subpar in quality and taste. The burger patty was a small one and didn't have much flavor. A really bummer as the menu they had before the menu and restaurant overall this month was excellent, and had great items like their shrimp skewer plate with generous servings of shrimp or the bacon wrapped bbq brisket stuffed poppers. We may give this one another shot, but definitely are going to wait a couple months to see if the service improves or that they pivot on some menu items.

We were excited to try the new menu and changes made to Market 253. What a disappointment. The service and food were both terrible. We were served water, placed our order, and 40 minutes later asked if they could just prep the order to go. Our server never came back to refill water or give us an update. The manager, who had been standing by the cashier and hostess for at least ten minutes talking, came over introduce himself and ask about our meal. I told him dinner was not going well and we had asked for the food to be prepped to go since it had 40 minutes and still no food. I asked if they had a staffing problem, he said no they were fully staffed on the floor. I asked about the kitchen and he said the kitchen was adequately staffed, he said yes. He had an opportunity to make it right and failed. There were 11 tables dining when we were seated including us, at the point of talking to the manager there were 8 tables of diners. The food was so bad we tried it and literally threw it away. Being from the east coast I was looking forward to crab and lobster rolls on spit top buns. A roll with the top cut out and crab salad piled on it is not a split top roll. To get people to eat at 253 the Muckleshoot restaurant is no longer offering crab legs by the half pound as an add on to the steak dinners. So Saturday night we went back to 253 for crab. We again had high hopes. Although the server was better and more attentive, she still was unfamiliar with the menu. With only a handful of tables having guests there is no need for the hostess to sit everyone table to table and leave the remainder of the restaurant empty. Overall, very expensive for the level of service and quality. Hopefully they can improve, otherwise a lot of money and effort was wasted trying to revive Market 253.

While the five of us in our party couldn't possibly try everything on the menu, what we did have was good! Not great, but good. The fish n chips were good, as was the clam chowder, but the caesar was a little disappointing, maybe because of the arugula or whatever the designer lettuce was. Wife didn't care too much for the crab cakes, too “doughy” . Service was adequate considering how busy it was, just before a concert. All in all a good experience, we'll go back to try some of their other items...

Waited a long time just to get water by that time other people sat down so when the waiter came, he didn't serve us first. Then I asked for over medium eggs. I got over easy.

Dinner at the Market 253 is surprisingly great! I had a filet mignon medium rare and it was perfect. Veggie side was also perfect. Highly recommend for value and quality. It's in the casino so ambience is as good as possible.

Our server Jason was awesome! Everyone got there at the same time with large parties but it didn't stop Jason from handling all of our expectations for a wonderful birthday brunch experience.

Reservations recommended for a weekend evening, they get really busy and service is very slow. Food is pretty good.

Loved the food and there was so much of it! There were many servers but ours was not available very often...wondering if she was helping out in the kitchen, though.
