It was excellent! Plus all the staff was so nice and accommodating. Our server, Amanda was amazing!
Piano music was a little bit loud, not bad loud. Also I had to ask for ice in my water. Overall great experience we will be back. Thank you.
First off, our server was excellent. He was very prompt to check on our table often, professional and kind. This is our 4th time to this restaurant and sadly the food for horrible on this visit. The other three times we've been here it's been amazing. This time we had a group of four, we actually had to send back all three of our sides because they were so bad. The asparagus was almost raw and had absolutely zero flavor, not even salt and pepper & the hollandaise sauce was also tasteless. The crispy Brussel sprouts just tasted like burned oil, and the mushrooms were bitter and soggy. My steak was very cold, however by the time we got it I was so hungry I just went ahead and ate it. The hanging bacon we had for an appetizer was awesome, and the salads and dessert were amazing. It was a very busy evening so maybe the kitchen was in disarray. Just very disappointing to spend $400 on dinner and have it be half bad. It might take us a long while til we are willing to give this place another go.
Great food. Great view on a clear day of rainier. Piano player was a great addition to our anniversary dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant!
Excellent food and service . The bread and crevice is a great starter for a nice meal. Worth every penny

Muckleshoot has quite the variety of restaurants and for no other reason than avoiding the long line into Muckleshoots main restaurant @ their 5pm Prime rib special ( 40 or 50 % off or price rollback promotion ??? ), we opted for Market 253. Open , comfortable , great aesthetics, full house yet no waiting as we chose bar stools and long high table for quick seating. Clam chowder â , caesar salad â , artisan bread â and the crab topped sirloin â . The food was very good , the service good , the value fair. A great meal break in between gaming sessions â , we can come again easily , thx !!

I would come to 253 restaurant before it changed into this Seafood restaurant and I liked it better then. But now it's not a place I would dine at again. My food looked horrible and did not taste so good that it excused the less than desirable presentation. I was really disappointed and couldn't eat much nor did I take it home.

Totally disappointed for our first time here. We were really looking forward to it. Fries tasted like old grease and fish. The peppered bacon on the sandwich had a jerky texture which was unpleasant. $8 for 5 strips of dry chicken on the salad.
DO NOT PAY WITH A GIFT CARD, they do not take them. No signage says this! We wonât be coming back.
The waitress was amazing!

Truffle fries were 10/10. Cod fried fish 7/10. Little shrimps were cheap shrimp and the steak was bland the garlic rice was decent I give that dish 6/10. Great atmosphere and staff and space dust on draft 10/10 for that.

I guess frying non seafood items with the seafood items is how they do it here. Want fries that taste like nasty fish(you can tell they donât change the oil often)? This is your place. Management at Muckleshoot from Food to Gaming have to be some of the worst, the ignorance flows from the top down.

On June 27th 2025, I hosted a luncheon for 36 family and friends at the Market 253 Seafood House & Raw Bar located at the Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, Washington. The entire event was Superb! Well earned accolades go to Jason Quintana, our main server. He was on-point providing exceptionally attentive and friendly service. He worked tirelessly with me in coordinating the food service with our schedule of speaking/interaction. Also actively involved and committed to our satisfaction was the restaurant manager Todd Christian and every member of the team: Javier Rodriquez and Emelita Marzan. Our event lasted nearly two hours and every worker was patient and accommodating. The food was great! Everyone in my party was very complimentary on the quality, quantity, plating and freshness of the various dishes. I would definitely use this venue again and endorse this restaurant with my highest of ratings. WELL DONE!

Enjoyed this restaurant for the first time after a concert!
If youâve never had Karen as your bartender, youâre missing out!! Even though she was slammed with the post-concert crowd, she hustled hard and took great care of everyone.
I ordered the Turkey BLTA and the truffled fries. The sandwich was so goodâthe bread was flavorful, the bacon crispy, and everything was super fresh. The fries were FIREâa meal in themselves! (Your side choices were fries, truffle fries, or a salad.)
Definitely will be back to try more deliciousness. Thanks, Karen, for rockinâ it!!
