Muckleshoot has quite the variety of restaurants and for no other reason than avoiding the long line into Muckleshoots main restaurant @ their 5pm Prime rib special ( 40 or 50 % off or price rollback promotion ??? ), we opted for Market 253. Open , comfortable , great aesthetics, full house yet no waiting as we chose bar stools and long high table for quick seating. Truffle fries were 10/10. Cod fried fish 7/10. Little shrimps were cheap shrimp and the steak was bland the garlic rice was decent I give that dish 6/10. Great atmosphere and staff and space dust on draft 10/10 for that.
On June 27th 2025, I hosted a luncheon for 36 family and friends at the Market 253 Seafood House & Raw Bar located at the Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, Washington. The entire event was Superb!
