McDonald's is always an easy pick for kids. I wish I'd hear that they provide better quality of foods but still. It's an easy to enjoy place and the kids have always loved it too. I'll be thrilled to hear the good news when the food quality is more of a public relations desire to speak about honestly.

Great Mornings, But Disappointing Night Experience
I usually have a great experience at this McDonald's in the morning—staff are friendly, fast, and everything runs smoothly. But my recent evening visit was frustrating.
I placed a mobile order, but the app glitched and wouldn’t let me check in with the code they asked for. Even after explaining the issue, staff kept insisting I input the code. I ended up going through the drive-thru and then inside with my child, only to wait over 15 minutes. My food was cold, and the ice cream was completely melted by the time I got it.
What made it worse was the lack of urgency and care. A manager walked by me several times, made eye contact, and said nothing. I drive a Tesla and felt like I was being treated with suspicion instead of as a paying customer. It really left a bad taste.
Mornings here are great—but the night crew needs better training in customer service and handling app issues with some basic empathy.

The staff was very pleasant and nice. The were very helpful and had awesome customers service and interaction. I felt good dinning in at McDonald, this particular location. The manager even came out and greeted everyone and asked if we needed a bag for our leftovers. Loved the environment. Morning shift has a great crew. Thank you guys for the service today.

Went through the drive thru and it was very fast... no wait what so ever... very pleased.
I’m pregnant and had just gotten out of the hospital—honestly, all I wanted was a simple hashbrown and breakfast sandwich. I placed and paid for my order on time, only to show up and find out it had been canceled without explanation. This was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I’ve never been so upset with a McDonald’s location before, and this experience has left a really bad impression. Completely unacceptable.

Great place. Awesome that you can place your own order and take your time and pick what you want and you really like that that's why we like coming here. Good atmosphere and when we walked in it's all pretty the decorations and the decor and the wood like paneling it just looks really really nice when we walked in! And it was better than some restaurants we walked into and it's McDonald's so it's really good. You should try it here. Restrooms are clean.

It's McDonald's, sometimes you get that craving and it always tastes the exact same as it did when I was little so you can't pass it up sometimes. But on the other hand some McDonald's are better than others this one's pretty middle of the road as long as you don't pay attention to what's going on outside in the parking lot you're good It is kind of fun to watch the window and see what all the homeless people are doing though
