I waited 15 minutes just to order one item. There was only one car in front of me after I ordered my item it still took 20 minutes to get to the window to pay this is ridiculous. I left without getting my item

There is a manager there tall white,his hair is slicked back shiny.I went around 2 pm he was serious while taking my order and I also have a friend who worked there before and he says he’s very bossy,slow no one seems to like him from what I have heard. Better up Mr J.

One of the dirtiest mcdonalds in the area. The seating area had trash all over. There wasn't one table that was clean. I had to clean trash off a table just so my 5 year old son could eat. I waited for a long time just to ask for a ranch. Several workers saw me standing there and never acknowledged me. After 5 minutes, I walked behind the counter to get a ranch.

I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and McNuggets with honey mustard sauce. When I took a bite, there were pickles all over, and the crew did not put any sauce in my bag. The receipt clearly showed 'no pickles' on the order.

I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and Mchicken food was cold my burguer with bacon has no bacon I request no ketchup and they out lots of it bun smashed my coffee cold she try do fix it and lie she said she brew new pot and she just refilled from Same batch and still cold , they relay my bacon double cheese burger and instead put two pieces of cheese they just put one . Alway I stop here something wrong , ahh jut lots of fun on the back with those kids never pay attention what they doing .Now with the new policy size down one register and self service ordering good luck get some one at counter help you out , must employees hiding on the back or person on drive thrue to busy to help out .

Horrible service for people who order in the lobby. I stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes waiting for 1 lousy burger to be made and I had to leave before it was "ready" to catch the bus. And this is a pretty regular occurance here. It's fast food you guys, I don't know why its being turned into rocket science.
